It's cosing and good locations, the building is very keeped. The staff attendence very well and treat very well, inclusive I requested earlyng check-ing and the staff did mostly possible to achived. Thanks a lot to staff to do this, because I could spended more time with my family on the beach and tourist the city.

I thoungth the breakfast could be best, I seed a lot off cake's but feel fault of more variety of food's. Other point the curtains should be blackout, because the ligth near hotel entry by a small cracks between window and current curtains.

The staff were super nice and the breakfast was incredibly amazing!

Everything was excellent! The staff, the breakfast,the room. I had an amazing time.

we found two live cockroaches, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. not enough towels. shampoo and conditioner were never replaced and they supplied one small bottle of each for three women. breakfast was mediocre. system of leaving key card every time a guest leaves hotel isa waste of time. price is outrageous for this low quality hotel and we had to pay 50 reais more for parking, as the hotel was full

it was clean and confortable , good breakfast, helpful staff

had to move 2 times, something broken in the bathroom that was water everywhere , second room the tv did not work

The location that is in the center maybe is the only that can be positive about this hotel

Very dirty rooms and general all the places of the hotel they are super dirty has everywhere cockroaches inside my room it was always 3-5 visible running around so it means that has thousands hidden
