The staff is courteous, welcoming, professional. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean. Shower had hot water for the most part (once became cold but warmed up after awhile). Small but functional fitness room. Extra thick blankets to keep warm in bed. Great location, within walking distance from the city's center, malls, bus station, and pedestrian street shops. Safe, secure area. Delicious buffet breakfast with great variety of dishes.

Very noisy - it is right at the corner of a busy intersection where loud motorcycles constantly rev up. Poor sound proofing between rooms - could hear neighbors taking shower, using bathroom, talking. Hot water at bathroom counter is intermittent - sometimes was just cold. Cold at night - the climate control's heater does not work, (perhaps purposely, as I've noticed other hotels' also do not work)

The AC does not have heat mode. Not big deal for a country like Brazil, but the days I was in the hotel were freezing.

The property is great, but definitely they are not dog friendly, they should take this of on description.

First at all the charge the double of Was o bokking. After they treat us pretty bad because dogs, put us on a nasty room, after I complained the gave another better room, but act like dogs should not be here, was horrible, especially because I paid R$ 600 for room plus R$ 80 per dog, and act like dogs don’t have rights inside hotel .
