Clean and modern, although a very small space.

It could have at least a kettle and some coffee for almost 300 reais for a budget place. It's not exactly cheap to not provide such a basic thing and would be more considerate. The light was also quite bad, difficult to put make up on (I was going to a wedding) because they don't have anything central and bright, so very dark.

Convenient location, newly remodeled . Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is friendly. Valet parking. Gum available at Novotel.

The rooms are very small. They are trying to figure out coordinating staff between Novotel and Ibis and send mixed messages. They only have an attendant at Ibis on occasion and no sign to let patrons know when that is. Our a/c unit wasn’t working during our stay and there was no one to help us in the middle of the night. They did give us a discount because of this issue.
