The morning breakfast was great. So much to eat. The entire facility was exceptionally clean. The wait staff in the restaurant was superior. Will definitely stay there again

Everything was great! Just as we expected...too bad we didn't have more time to enjoy the amenities of the hotel and the city

I just think that the bathroom needs a little touch up...but great overall!

Fair price for what it is. It’s dated but comfortable and clean. Good bed and shower. We booked because of the outdoor pool. The pool area was in excellent condition and there was a games room that the kids enjoyed. It’s not a fancy hotel but it met all our expectations. Staff was excellent too. Very friendly. Our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs which was great with the kids.

Friendly staff, food and drink are great, pool is nice.

The breakfast was great. There were disposable gloves and a notice telling you to wear a mask which I thought was really important. The man at reception was very kind and helpful. It's a kind of old-fashioned hotel with outdated decor. I liked that too.

Noise, a lot of noises, from the neighbor rooms (we can hear other people snoring), from other people’s bathroom, noise from the aisle, the small fridge makes a lot of noise, the bed makes noise. Honestly, the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been at. It’s a pity, but it’s was what it was.

HOTEL IS OLD,NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED BAD SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK STAFF BAD MANAGEMENT: -I waited for service at the pool for an hour. I went to front desk to complain, they said someone would be there in a bit, still took another half hour to have pool service. - I order one type of drink but it came another. -Out of the 4 machines at the fitness center(which had only 2 treadmils, 1 eliptical and 1 bike) only 1 was working. - Room keys had to be changed daily at front desk because they loose the magnetic when slided at the door after few hours. -Hot water in the shower would go on/of making water either really cold or really hot -No shower cap in the bathroom, when we asked for one they told us to go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to the room. -There is a charge of R$5 for each silverware if you need one at the room to eat😳
