The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s located 1km from the Parque Serra dos Órgãos, a preserved area with a few waterfalls and the view is also great. The breakfast is simple but with a variation of Brazilian typical fruits, cakes plus the normal breads and it’s fillings (ham, cheese, butter, cream cheese etc). Close by to the Pousada there is an amazing and cheap Pizzaria place offering the “rodízio” of pizzas, desserts and soups (Monday till Thursday costs 49 BRL and weekends and holidays 59 BRL reais per person called Casa Agridoce which we highly recommend as well. You can also order food from the Pousada and they have too pools open 24hs.

The heated pool is not available and the gym has broken machines, not being “usable”. Staff are super friendly but nobody there speaks English.

Breakfast was really good and tasty even though there weren't much options. The location is really good and the Pousada is close to a lot of nice places in the town. The staff was nice as well.

There were just one lady working at the breakfast, I think she should have a little help.
