Very nice Hotel, amazing location for the price. The staff is great, the breakfast is excellent, I super recommend.

For me it was not a problem, but if you have special need, the hotel don't have elevator.

It had no elevator but this was not disclosed. My husband has a bad leg so walking up 3 flights of stairs was challenging. The furnishings were old and in disrepair. Missing buttons on sofas, torn and worn leather. Broken lights in the hallways. Tattered rugs. Terrible WiFi connection. The parking lot was insanely tight and you were either blocked in by other guests or had to leave your keys with the receptionist so they could move it to let others out. The driveway to get into the parking lot had a curb so high that our rental car would scrape/hit on the front fender coming out. We opted for parking our rental car on the street to avoid consistent damage and risk. Breakfast had an omelette station. You would specify what you wanted in it. But they would always make it with whatever ingredients they wanted. It was like being in a time zone episode. You never knew what would be in your food until it got to the table. The welcome cake in the lobby was a lovely touch except it wasn’t switched out for 3 days. It was advertised as beach front but was not. It is sandwiched between two apartment towers on a cross street to the beach. The only thing you can see from your room windows are walls of the apartment buildings on all 3 sides of the hotel. No air flow either. The water pressure and flow were so minimal that I could not wash my thick hair. We were so disappointed with our hotel that we decided to take a road trip after 3 nights into our 7 night stay. We left for 4 days/3 nights. When we returned my husband asked the front reception attendant if they had missed us and they hadn’t realized we were gone for 4 days, which we thought was a shocking security failure for a small boutique hotel with few occupied rooms. Thank god we left and went somewhere else. It saved our anniversary trip from being a disaster.

The location was perfect for my purpose. It is a run-down place that needs a major renovation.

Room is too small for a double bed with an extra single bed in it.
