Absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel was impeccable. We booked the king deluxe with ocean view and extended our stay for a total of 7 nights (Dec 27-Jan 2). The room, view, and service was perfect. We especially found the bed to be quite comfortable, the towels very soft and our favorite part was the afternoon coffee cart that came around every day around 4-5pm to bring us an array of snacks and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, etc. We loved interacting with the staff, especially Mario and Sansao who were so caring and took such great care of us. Location was also great, we were easily able to walk to restaurants (Coco Bambu and Peppe were great) and a quick walk to the beach as well. For New Years the hotel provided various "kits" which we purchased! Champagne, two plastic champagne flutes, a small tray of cheeses, meats, and nuts, as well as the container it all came in. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Room is nice and decent size, however the fridge is very small for people staying longer. Large TV in the room. Friendly staff and very supporting.

Breakfast was good, but no variations, all 5 days had the same sausages for a meat option. Bacon very limmited and only on specific days. Internet was not so good and streaming was hence not that good. taking that all TV channels is only in local language it iis important to ensure you have decent Internet.

The luxury rooms with a sea view provided a significantly better experience compared to the superior rooms, featuring spacious, modern interiors. Exceptional staff: They were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues I faced. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a minute from the nightlife and close to the beautiful Praia Camburi bridge, ideal for walks. Excellent dining options both within and near the hotel. The dinner served at the hotel was of high quality, with the added benefit of being more affordable than surrounding restaurants.

1. The detox juices served at breakfast were somewhat watery and could be improved. 2. The swimming pool, while nice, is relatively small and best enjoyed during quieter times.

Big rooms. Very clean. Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars. We also loved the proximity to the promenade for an evening run. There was a violinist at breakfast. In all my years travelling, this was a first. Also, in the afternoon, the staff came to our room with complimentary coffee and snacks. Amazing.

The bathroom could be a little bigger, and there was no bath but a minor issue overall.

Great room, especially the bed was very comfy. Room service was also awesome and not overpriced. Great breakfast buffet.

There was some construction work going on that we had not been made aware of during check-in. Thankfully, it was only during 2 or 3 days.

I have been staying at Comfort Suite for the last 10 years when I am in Vitoria. I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of breakfast. Great variety of different snacks that may appeal to foreigners as most hotels are only focused on Brazilian tourists and we have different tastes. Well done, I will be back for sure

Very spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet, with plenty choice. Good storage in room. We asked for a blanket as the bed only had a sheet. Staff on reception, housekeeping and restaurant were very helpful. Very clean

When we arrived the room was only set up for one person even though it was booked for 2 adults. We needed extra towels, glass & cup.

Great location. A lot of restauranats and nightlife facilities within walking distanace. Rooms were good. Breakfast was great. It is now my chosen option when staying in Vitoria on business.

The bedroom was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Really good breakfast and the staff very friendly and professional.

The showerhead should be updated for a more modern style.

Very comfortable bed, old bathroom but it worked fine. I didn't try breakfast because we arrived late and left too early.
