I liked the location and easy access on site free parking. After I requested a room with some sort of view - not necessarily the beach, the hotel eventually upgraded us to a front room.

I have stayed multiple times in this hotel pre pandemic, when it was called Red Roof. Then there was free coffee available in the reception area. I was disappointed with the limited selection of news channels on the TV, particularly international. The list provided by the hotel showed such channels, but even after contacting reception was unable access.

Location was excellent, many bars and restaurants closeby. The friendliness of the staff was good. Even when they spoke very little English, they tried their best.

I had no nightstand lights next to the bed. It isn't a major issue though but it can be fixed easy and quickly.

We decided to prolong out trip to Vitoria as we liked it so much and it was a last minute find. Good location (the beach at Villa Velha is better though, but beach in Vitoria has more to offer in terms of restaurants and sports), nice breakfast, clean room.

It is getting old and need some little renovations, and the rooms are very simple, not a hint of any charm.

breakfast very basic and the prices for lunch and dinner doens’t match the offer for food. There was nothing “special” lets say. they would make more $ with bettwr price or more fancy options and food presentation.

Good variety for the breakfast. Convenient location, just in front of the beach, close to the supermarket and local retail shops. The hotel was flexible and allowed a late check out.

There was a bit of mold in the bathroom.

Breakfast is fine and have everything I needed. The location is perfect! About the staff, I love to mention two FrontDesk attendants that are so friendly and porfissional: Virginia and Brinia, and the room cleaner woman named Sonia.

Breakfast was good. Nothing too fancy or incredible. It could have more juices and fruits available.

Hotel Staff could have more suggestions on what to do nearby and places to eat in the city.

The breakfast was good with fresh cakes and breads. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Located at the beach front and close to shops and restaurants. For those who hire a car, the hotel has its own parking garage.
