We booked a premium room with ocean view and veranda. To our surprise and delight, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and plush bath robes were included. What a treat to pop a cork and enjoy sipping champagne while gazing out over the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fresh and pleasingly scented bed linens and towels. The reception desk and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. Located across from the beach, the promenade offered a great opportunity for morning and afternoon walks. Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars in the vicinity provided options for evening outings.

No complaints! The only room for improvement is the buffet breakfast. While perfectly adequate, nothing was outstanding.

Location was great, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from an English speaking perspective and the breakfast was very nice. Plus they put the football on the tv in the dinner area

The walls are quite thin and quite a few other guests on my floor were very loud. As the English speaking staff were not present at night time, I was unable to do anything about it

everything is bad in the breakfast, no variety, no juice it is not compatible with the property and the price charged. the worth is the price 38,50 without at least a natural orange juice should be maximum 20,00.

Location was great, great water pressure in the shower, free parking, great staff. They gave me an Ethernet cable to make sure I could use the internet to work from my room and I had no internet issues throughout my stay.

The windows in the rooms were sound-proof but the doors were not. I could hear people walking and talking in the corridors very clearly and those noises woke me up very early every day (my stay was over two weeks) and sometimes people were very loud during the day as well. I think better sound-proofing on the doors would make a big difference to the guest experience.

Breakfast was great, location was good, close to a variety of restaurants and right on the beach.

Swimming pool is not great but at least there is one.
