Staff were very friendly everyone was smiling and helpful. Very pet friendly place we had no issue with our dog.

Pool lounges were limited and people reserved it all day even if they are not on the pool and no rule to regulate this.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean. Right on beach. Good food.. fantastic service. Staff go above and beyond and work really hard. Was a few things that let it down. But overall a beautiful hotel. And rooms are a good size. Great variety off food. Something for everyone.

Bar is upstairs so very difficult if you are disabled. Also one way system still in place. So for me personally having to walk round the hotel just to get to the restaurant was difficult for my mum and she really struggled to get to the bar. Had to pay for drinks at the swim up bar was frustrating when its supposed to be a all inclusive packaged Plus no entertainment on a evening is abit off a let down , and nothing to do for children on a evening..

Staff very helpful and friendly, room was excellent with great sea views and ideal location on Rumba Beach at the quieter end of sunny beach ⛱ the deserts were lovely and varied, the receptionist was excellent

The swimming pool was empty , we should have been advised of this and there was lots of renovation work being done , so bars not open either , it was difficult to get benefit of being all inclusive also the food lacked variety it was often cold and was chicken or pork for every meal , it was however well cooked and tasty and the waiter and waitress very friendly , I think it would be a better write up if the hotel had been in full swing and fully open

Exceptional view. The eight floor room with the glass dome is amazing. Great location exactly on the beach as it is described. Good food Excelent all day long snack bar with gyros, pizza, pancakes and ice cream. Very nice staff at the reception. We managed to upgrade our room for a cost. They offered us a room on the eight floor and it was amazing. The best view and huge balcony with sunbeds and an amazing seaview.

A pool bar with all inclusive drinks would be nice. The bar on the beach had only paid drinks, and we also didn't see in the ad that we have to pay for the sun beds on the bach( it wasn't a problem for us but I think that it should be stated so the tourist knows what to expect) A little better organisation of the staff wouldn't hurt either. There were times when we had to wait a long time to get drinks at the bar because there was nobody there. Although there were 3-4 employees standing next to the bar they wouldn't serve us.

You have to pay for sunbeds at the beach, no beach towels, all drinks are in plastic cups.

The hotel is on the beach. The hotel has its own underground parking.

It was a little bit difficult to exit from the underground parking.

The hotel is right on the beach. The pool area looks great (in April you can.t bathe in it).

Poor Internet connection. The hotel wasn't full and the wifi was bad. Maybe they will consider to improve it until the summer season begins.

Room it was good and near the sea.

The restaurant is very, very small. The glasses are a joke, very, very small…

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They offered a free upgrade of the apartment for no additional cost. Strongly recommend the hotel.
