Clean, spacious, good and quiet location. Several nice places to eat close to the apartment complex. Amazingly comfortable bed! Good wifi.

- food smell that’s coming through ventilation from other apartments’ kitchens and/or through open window. - pool was cold, so I tried it only once during the whole week we stayed there. - there was no hairdryer. - no free parking (although there are some spots available for parking just in front of the main entrance and belong to the apartment complex, they’re not free of charge) - no pots or pans to cook a simple meal - one of the chairs in our balcony was broken

The place, spa staff, receptionists, and security guards was very kind and generous! They helped us with everything

On our last day when we checked out, we asked the waiter if it’s okay to eat a little treat that we brought from outside, she said that it’s okay. After we started eating and ordered some drinks from the bar, the waitress came and said that we cannot eat our doughnut because the manger said so. It’s very upsetting and uncomfortable even though we ordered some drinks from the bar.

The way everything looked, i felt in a magical place

We stayed 2 night, when we arrived we had tissues, until the next day we used all of them and unfortunately no cleaning team came to give us another new tissues The restaurant of the hotel, we had a misunderstanding of ordering a cake when it arrived at the table we told the waiter that we didn't order this and we don't want it, he calculated it at our bill and he didn't even packed it for us, probably ate it from our money, very unprofessional!

We had everything we needed in the apartment. Room cleaning was offered every day. The staff were very polite and professional. The pool and the grounds around the hotel are very pleasant and well maintained.

Sofa- bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but not in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan, but an air conditioner might be a better option.

It was the perfect week away, the apartment exceeded my expectations and love everything about it! I really enjoyed the spa facilities on site and it was a highlight of our stay

Lack of places open outside of the hotel it's a really seasonal place and limited options if you want to eat out

The whole resort had a superb design, both exterior and interior. It really gave out a border-line luxury feeling. Everything was new and the jungle-like garden with pool was a nice touch. Most people working on the staff were friendly.

Most of the activities had an extra charge which is a complete non sense - for example, you have to pay 12 levas for a tennis table game. The parking outside the reception was paid as well - 12 levas per day, that’s okay but there are no free parking spaces guaranteed by the property, so if you are not keen to pay for it, you have to count on your luck to find a free spot.

the property was beautiful and the staff was amazing , especially Anna pancheva at reception she was very friendly and accommodating. when we wanted to upgrade our room she helped us swiftly with no problems. the restaurant food was also very high standard and also the hotel facilities was great

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It still looks fantastic. The room is super nice, the staff is lovely and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Very good location!

Unfortunately, we see the hotel being used up year after year. The state of the rooms and common areas could do with some renovation.

Lovely pool area. Very nice clean apartment overlooking the pool. Clean pool area. quite quiet at this time of year. Not far to the beach or restaurants.

Had to go to other Harmony hotel to get a drink and snack, although it wasn't far away. Not many sun loungers.

The hotel, pool, and rooms look cozy and exactly the same as in the pictures. We liked the pool and the tasty food at the restaurant as well as the cocktails. Very comfortable furniture around the pool as well as very nice trees with a calm environment overall.

There was a big tree around the balcony and we had no clear view of anything. The double bed was a good size but was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa bed. The internet connection in the room was very bad and lost. Was not able to work as planned. I did not find the restaurant staff very polite, been around the world there is a lot to be improved in terms of service quality. They never said hello and we always had to repeat the orders multiple times prior to get it right. It seems that the staff learned Russian language and have forgotten their own. We did not see them ever smiling when serving but we always gave tips beside that fact, hoping to get better service which did not happen.
