The location is good - not very far away from the beach (10 min) but enough distance so you won't get disturbed by all the music from the clubs/ attraction parks etc. The food was great - even as a picky eater you can find something to eat. The meals were balanced with fresh salads, 2-3 types of meat, and 3-4 types of garnish and at lunch, they always had 1-2 types of soup. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every 2-3 days (I don't think you need to change your towels every day so I was ok with that).

At breakfast you had to option to toast your bread in a toaster - there was just one toaster that was super slow and old so you had to spend at least 5 minutes for 3 pieces of bread. I recommend buying at least another one. Another thing that I hates was that there were some people that listened to music really loud at the pool and no staff told them anything. Most people go on vacation so they can relax, I saw/ heard a lot of people complaining about the music that was blasted from their Bluetooth speaker. I think there should be a policy for that cause I don't think that people can truly relax when there are manele blasting at 100 decibels next to them. 😓😫

For the price we pay was good. Hotel was not near the central road, so was quite tranquil, a plus for those who want to sleep. Distance from the sea = around 7-10 minutes walk. Food was good, tasty, but was almost the same, i mean wasnt different from day to day, just small changes. Overall was very ok. All employees was very polite, especially the barman STOYAN RADEV, a great man, always with a smile on his face )). Rooms were big, balcony, air conditioner, some furniture was in plus, dirty one, so i covered with a blanket, beds was ok, bathrrom wasnt so ok, sometimes was bad smell because wasnt working air conditioner there, and sink was very noisy, we could hear when neighbor turn on the water tap. The staff that cleans the rooms does not know English. Towels that supposed to be white, wasnt very white, and with a not good smell. Parking is near ther hotel on the street. All around was just hotels, a nice zone. A small park to have fun with different games, pretty expensive. Near, 10 minutes walk was waterpark, 20 euro, u definitely need to try that one. Good rides there for all ages. Overall was a good week, those who want more from the hotel should choose another one, and of course to pay much more.

The hotel was better than expected. All the staff members were really nice and helpful! Our room was cleaned daily, the soap and shampoos were resupplied as needed. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The food got kind of boring after a couple of days, and it was a tad too oily and repetitive for our taste, the taste was fine tho. The other problem was the wifi, the connection was often either nonexistent or weak.

Food was really fantastic. I prefer domestic cuisine and this one was really great. Hotel looks very good, everything was clean. The staff make up a great young team.

The journey to the beach took about 15 minutes and led around stinking containers and broken sidewalks. After a few days, a large group of Hungarian retirees arrived. Some of whom behaved like uneaten animals - but the hotel is not to blame.

Nice, big , comfortable rooms. Cleaning was done on a daily basis. The people working there were really nice and willing to help. You can find parking in front of the hotel Quite close to the beach ( approx. 10 min walk)

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and F&B We had 3 rooms and travelling with two infants ( 2 & 4 Years old ). It was so helpful that we were able to check in early. Very good drinks at the pool bar from the guy Storjan. We had a 6 pm flight back to Germany and were allowed to wait in the hotel premises. Nice cleaning lady.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. I liked the food, the dishes are varied and tasty. Very nice staff and owners of the hotel. We will be happy to come again)).

Great location on a quiet area of Sunny Beach but very close to the beach (5min walking) and to the loud nightlife (10 min walking), friendly staff, the food was really good during all the meals we had there, Riagor is definitely a good option to stay during a trip to Sunny Beach

Comfortable beds, big rooms with terrace. The pool was nice and the food tasty. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it was good. The staff was nice and friendly.

Coffee was bad, couldn’t drink it, for sure can be improved
