Location is quiet, has a nice small forest that allows you to stay cool and fresh and you will not need air conditioning in the night. The room were not clean enough but at 22 hours in the night the girls just were so kind to come and clean whatever was not ok. Very hospitable employees, best staff ever met in a hotel. The girl from the reception , she is extremely nice and I want to thank her on this site. One day we had lunch in the hotel restaurant, and it was the cheapest lunch in Sunny Beach and it was very good and tasty, delicious soup and everything we had. The staff forgot to bring us the fries and they were late for about 15 minutes...they were so kind to ask us not to pay for the fries. Of course we payed it was no rush and no problem, just wanted to mention that we travel a lot and this never happened to us in any restaurant on the planet. Never got appologies for being late, never been asked not to pay for food because of this. They offered us free ice cream to compensate even if it was not necessary. The bar near the swimming pool is non-stop open. They serve the cheapest cocktails in Sunny Beach. Try them. The bus station that can take you to the center or to beautyful Neseebar island is just in the back of the hotel. Perfectly situated! So i will recommend this hotel, they clean the rooms every day and they are very polite and nice people. Remember , it is a 3 star hotel and they clean the rooms every day...usually a 3 star hotel NEVER cleans the room!!

Good value for money as is very affordable. Plenty of sun beds everyday. The room are very clean and fresh towels are replaced everyday.

We didn’t eat breakfast because it was inedible in my opinion. We just ate out as we always go to the same place anyhow.

Only bad internet only down in loby but i have feeling that is everywhere in BG that person need buy kart for internet.

The rooms, although a little dated were clean and comfortable with a nice hot powerful shower. The bed linen was changed twice and the towels were changed daily.

The breakfast food was not very hot but there was always a toaster and bread was good and fresh.

The complex is very well located, not far from the beach and not far from the center of Sunny Beach. The breakfast was good, even if it was not very various. The room and the beds are comfortable. 15 leva/24 hrs. for a parking place is a good price for that area.

The bed sheets were nor ironed, when I arrived. A mosquito net, on the balcony door, would have been welcome.

The pool was big sunbeds a little uncomfortable as they had no padding but otherwise it was good.

Beautifully located hotel surrounded by small park. Good and tasty dinners. Despite the fact that it’s pretty outdated, it was cleaned.
