Nothing at all

The apartment was advertised for up to 5 people and we booked for 5 but there were only two single beds when we arrived. There was 1 other single chair pull out bed but this was broken and uncomfortable. We had to spend money on buying 3 extra airbeds so we had somewhere to sleep but this was on the floor and also very uncomfortable. There were not enough sheets or pillows provided which we again had to purchase. The apartment was only suitable for 2 people maximum and shouldn’t of been advertised as a 5 bed. One of the pipes in the bathroom was leaking when we arrived and this was flooded for the entire duration. There were plug sockets and wires hanging out of the wall which were very dangerous. There were large cracks and damages to the actual walls, looked as if the room could have feel down at any moment. All the outdoor furniture which had been provided was in bits and all broken and unusable. The showerhead holder had broken and this needed to be held whilst showering making it very difficult. The shelves in the wardrobe were broken. There was no oven, no grill, or no microwave and hardly any kitchen supplies provided so made it difficult to make any meals in the apartment so we ended up eating out for the entire week making it more costly. The apartment was also advertised with a private pool but there was not one, we only had a shared pool. There was also Wi-Fi advertised but we couldn’t get access to the Wi-Fi. It was also advertised with a bar but the complex did not have a bar. The apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony was right next to the pool so it was very noisy and had no privacy. Overall the apartment was awful and really spoilt the holiday with not even having beds for three of us to sleep in. The apartment is not fit for purpose and is very falsely advertised.
