Location , was 5 minutes from the beach . Nice size pools, for kids and adults. Pizza snacks in between main meals . Central Location. Friendly staff for serving at the bar , Niki in particular !

Sometimes there was no available table during lunch and dinner and some minutes of waiting were needed. That I was unable to serve lunch in the check out day. Parking is 10 minutes away by walking and it cost 20 Leva per day.

Nice and clean hotel. Very central location, close to the beach and the central walking street. Pools were very good. The food was delicious and with big variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The way the food and the plates are placed in the restaurant makes it difficult to take food. There are always long queues. If the plates , forks and knives were placed somewhere else separately that will make things much easier. We stayed 4 nights and our AC worked only the last night of our stay so we had to keep the door to the balcony opened and it was very noisy in the night due to the hotel being so close to the bars. If the AC worked and we could keep the balcony door closed it wouldn’t have been a problem. We stayed 4 nights but paid for 5 days for the parking even though the last day we checked out 8 in the morning. So that was very frustrating…

The noise from outside,we couldn't sleep until 5 am.

Evrything was excelent!

The fact that we left the car after the street of the hotel just for 3-4 minutes to go inside to tell at the reception that we arrived and TO ASK WHERE WE CAN PARK THE CAR,because there was full, and our car in these minutes was going to be taken by the police. I said to the receptioner but she didn' t do anything. So, we have just paid the fee. Incredible...for 80 leva, they asked us 300 lei, telling us that they take not only leva, they receive lei and euro too! Do you think that 80 leva means 300 lei?🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦

Despite the fact that we were guests at the end of the season, everything was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent all the staff was helpful and polite. We will definitely visit Hotel Alba again on our next trip to Sunny beach. Thank you all for making our stay incredible!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I liked the food, before arriving I was worrying about food, but I was nicely surprised that food was tasty, diversity for all the tastes, quantity is not limited, all sort of drinks with non limit, snack all the day, ice-cream bar, all this was part of the package ( the all inculsive) We didn't miss anything or get hungry, I even didn't have to spend more money for the food when I walk-around outside the hotel. Great package, and good value for the money. Great job from all the staff and especially animation team, very kind helpful. It's very animated hotel, having music, dances,fitness, games all the time, me and my daughter of 6 years didn't get bored at all. The animation team doesn't miss creativity and ideas to make everyone happy and having activity all the day-long. My daughter doesn't miss kids discotheque for nothing in the world.

The towels are not changed on daily basis or even every 2 days

I definitely felt the food was a bit under the standard. I sometimes had to go out to eat because of the quality of the food

Location was excellent as it was very central

Music from bars in the vicinity could be heard from the room and music was playing till 4am everyday. Food was a little repetitive with not much options and most of the staff did not understand anything in English which was a bit of a problem.

Rooms have to lock automatically when closing the door, also I prefer a room card and not key. The safe box have to be included in price. Vasile is the best chef, the pasta he cooked was Heavenly,please don't lose him!

Poor English, most of the staff are unable to communicate in English,also when they don't understand customers they tend to be a bit rude.
