The Staff was very friendly and professional. They assisted with any question and resolved any problems. Very good food, and spacious room.

There was no parking available at the hotel. They redirected us to another parking. The transfer between the parking and hotel was included in the price, although it was very high, 10 EUR per day (not per night). Seems a bit unreasonable that you have to pay a higher rate and you are not even close to the hotel. Also, they did not accept card payment for the parking and not received any receipt.

Very good food and everyday they served something new. (Fish, beef, chicken, etc) I loved how clean the room was and how every day they changed the towels, they took the trash out, they cleaned the bathroom. The room is big and has a comfortable bed. The location also is very good, 7 minutes to the beach by foot and also near the center but at the same time far from the noise which was perfect for us. The check-in was very fast and we could reserve a parking lot in advance (by paying the fee of reservation). The staff is very friendly and smile at you whenever you ask something. Anyway I recommend this hotel, it is cheap compared to what it offers and we has a great time.

The desert is bad. Not tasty at all. It is like it is bought from the shop at the corner. And the waiting time at the two elevators. Would have been helpful one or 2 extra elevators or bigger ones (but I don’t think it is possible anyway).Anyway it didn’t bother us so much as we were interested more in the cleaness of the hotel and the tasty food as we have a small kid. Also for the guaranty pay of 100 leva I still didn’t receive the money back but I think it might take a few days depending on the bank.

A really nice atmosphere with great food and comfortable apartments.

Even though the wifi signal was all over the facility, it was slow up until not working for minutes. Because we had to leave at checkout hour (as we could wait for the lunch time), we were given the lunch boxes which honestly expected to contain a rich sandwich, but instead a cheese covered by bread. Not a very pleasant lunch but it's something to keep in mind, if you are in a hurry. Another thing is the pools water temperature, expected to be a little warmer, it was around 23 degrees, for the little kids that's not really nice.

The receptionist was the worst I’ve ever encountered. (Dariya) From the first interaction we had with her, she had an unpleasant attitude. When i asked her about the parking she replied very annoyed that we should’ve made a reservation. I’ve explained her that i’ve contacted the hotel beforehand about this matter and it was told me that based on the availability we will have access to the parking, also showing her the message. She replayed again very annoyed that the reservation is prepaid, thing that was never specified in the conversation i had on chat with them. After all of this, she said to come back at 14:00 for check in. We’ve waited in the lobby and we saw that other guests were invited to receive earlier their rooms and we were still waiting. Another episode was pretty embarrassing as the cleaning lady didn’t provide us toilet paper for a couple of days and due to the fact that we were not in the room by the cleaning time, we never encountered the cleaning lady to ask her for it so i went to the receptionist (the same one) to ask. Again she had a bad attitude replying that the only paper she had was the one for documents as that was a reception. Nice attitude with customers, what can i say.. Ok, i didn’t want her to bring it from her office, but considering the fact that she was the single point of contact, i would’ve expect her to facilitate the communication with the person who can help me with this request. After rolling her eyes she called the cleaning lady to provided us the requested toilet paper and after that ignoring me. I have to mention that right before me, a bulgarian couple requested the same and they come back with toilet paper in their hands from reception, so i don’t know if her behavior was due to the fact that we are romanians, which in my point of view is very disappointing. Not to mention her bad english.. maybe this is the cause for her bad attitude so i would suggest her to improve it.

The dining area and the bar need improvement and the receptionist changed.

The rooms were modern and comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and they were cleaned daily. The pool is clean and well positioned to give a choice of sun or shade. What really sells this hotel is the location, only a short 5 minute stroll to the centre of Sunny Beach's main strip but far enough to allow for a good night's sleep uninterrupted by the nightlife noise.

We received a free upgrade of our room. The hotel is very clean. Receptionist Darya was very helpful! The building is close to the bus station and the beach (5 minutes).

Lack of transfer from the airport (which is available in other hotels). We didn’t receive any information about how to get to the location. Plus, the bus schedule is not available on Google Maps in Bulgaria, so by accident, we got to the right place, but the whole journey from the airport took us 3 hours instead of 45 minutes. I expected more varied food during breakfast. In general, I was satisfied with the inclusive option, albeit the system with beverages was stupid (during breakfast we could use coolers and a coffee machine, but for the rest time it was turned off and we had to get beverages from the bar), deserts were beyond any critique.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great during the cold weather. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. Excellent Stay at Best Western Plus Premium Inn! I had an amazing experience at Best Western Plus Premium Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The Breakfast food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Every meal was well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout my stay. The entire property was well-kept, making it a comfortable and hygienic environment. Overall, I highly recommend Best Western Plus Premium Inn for its excellent service, delicious food, and impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely be returning for another stay!

Stayed here for a long weekend the receptionist was very helpful and spoke English which is always a bonus in a different country. The room was clean had tea and coffees making facilities but no milk which wasn't a problem as there was a supermarket across the road. We had a balcony which overlooked the pools with table and chairs to enjoy the sun. There was a pool bar with table and chairs around to sit and enjoy a drink or bar meal. Breakfast was plentiful but the same selection everyday bit boring but different choices cereals continental and full English. 5 minutes walk onto Flower Street which is the main walk way in Sunny Beach to all all restaurants and bars and to the beach itself. Bus station across the road but found buses don't pick up there only at stops on main road and very frequently. Would definitely recommend staying here for a hotel that is conveniently close to everything you need.

Only thing which we didn't like but something which couldn't be avoided was both nights had graduation parties (prom nights) very noisy into the early hours of the morning but double glazed windows helped but if you're a good sleeper wouldn't affect you.
