Another excellent stay in the Melia. Stayed here in September, and again now in May. Everything was excellent again. The hotel even knew that we had returned again, very nice touch. The food was excellent and perfect. It matches any luxury hotel in terms of quality. The coffee and water machine on each floor is a bonus. This year, the room key cards are now on arm bands, and this works out to be alot better and very convenient when needing to pop back to the room, and not having to worry about physical key cards. The entertainment team are also excellent. There are always lots of activities during the day. Big shout out to Ricardo on entertainment (might have got the name wrong) he was excellent. And the manager of the hotel (the German man) very nice man and has everything under control, didn't get chance to say goodbye as rushing for taxi, but we'll definitely be back.

The hotel is close to the beach and the room was clean. It had variety of food, but very unhealthy beverages.

Surrounding the pools was constantly an awful smell, pee smell I think. The rooms and pool area need renovation. In the toilets near the pools, even the toilet from the reception, was also a pee smell.

We had a wonderful family vacation, and everything was just awesome! The hotel is great, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. Everyone was eager to help with any question or request. The pools are great, lots of music, fun and children facilities. The hotel has a private beach located within 5 min walk, serving drinks, ice cream and panini sandwiches during day. I want to give special thanks to Dara from Reception A – she helped us a lot during our vacation, was very pleasant, and kind!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and we were happy to experience the same warm hospitality and high standards of cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and recently renovated. Towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. The food was tasty and varied, and the restaurant staff were always attentive and maintained excellent hygiene. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus.

We truly have no complaints about our stay. The only small detail: we didn’t find slippers or bathrobes in the room. It might have been just a one-time oversight, but they would be useful additions. We’ll definitely come back!

A large and spacious room with a wide balcony. Good service, good food, great facilities, and kind people. The hotel is centrally located with direct access to Sunny Beach’s main promenade, and just a one-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has its own designated area on the beach with sunbeds, a lounge offering soft drinks, ice cream, and more. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and needs for this vacation perfectly. The outdoor pools are cold, but there is also an indoor heated pool at a temperature of 27°C, which is also quite empty of people. The mattress we had in the room wasn’t good, but when we mentioned it, they replaced it within a few minutes. Overall, it's a central and well-equipped resort in Sunny Beach.

Everything exceeded our expectations – the rooms are spacious, clean, and recently renovated, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We felt well taken care of – towels were changed daily, and the staff was always polite and attentive. The food was tasty, varied, and suited our preferences, and the cleanliness in the restaurant was impeccable throughout our stay. The hotel has a great location, very close to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy peaceful walks without needing any transport.

The only small downside, if we can call it that, was the absence of slippers and bathrobes – they would have been useful, especially after a shower. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’re glad we chose this place and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Very helpful staff. Lots of activities for children. The dining rooms are varied and cater for everyone. Even beyond the operating hours of the dining room, there is always plenty to eat and drink. The rooms are very clean and large.

There is a smoking culture that has not passed away. People smoke everywhere, including around outdoor dining tables. It is very unpleasant to eat in such conditions, especially when there are children everywhere.

All facilities, a large complex near the sea, very good for families with children.

The staff does not speak English. There is no parking, and the security guards do not allow you to stop in front of the reception to unload your luggage — they are quite rude. The sunbeds on the beach are far from the water, placed at the back of the beach. The drinks are of very poor quality and are only served in plastic cups.

Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

The beach is far from the hotel, no sunbeds at the sea in the first line, that s pretty annoying The noise is horrible, the loud music of the hotel is Neverending, if you want your kids to take a nap in the afternoon don t expect silence. Also the other guests are always screaming on the halls... like animals! The music doesn't end until midnight The pools are not heated, just by the sun, so the water is cold! I would like to see more acurate reviews because i choose this hotel based on the reviews saying that at least one pool is heated and they have a private beach, but their "private beach" has nothing to do with the sea.
