I loved their facilities, the room very clean, lili was the person who was in charge of cleaning and it was very good, that was until we vacated the room and left it very clean. The pool, the restaurantw and the baths were very nice in cleanliness.

That the food was repeated all the time, there was not much variety and every day it was the same, to be 7 days You could have noticed a change in the menu between so many days, the breakfast the love and the snack the same, the Filipino staff was very attentive and happy but the local people you can tell that they were not happy or were moody, the entertainers very good but also their show is the same all the time, they should change their routine.

I liked the location. It is exactly in Sunny Beach centre. The room and the bathroom size are super good. The cleaning staff and animators were excellent. Receptionists were ok too.

The swimming pool is very cold. The staff in the restaurant don’t speak any English or Bulgarian. They couldn’t answer simple questions about the food. I’ve always cleaned my table and they never said a single “thank you” when I handed them the plates. They looked very upset all the time. There’s no zone for kids under 4y to play. The food in the Snack Bar was bad and the deserts in the restaurant could be better. The coffee was terrible!!

House-cleaning did not do their job every day.

The hotel is in the best location, a few minutes from the center and the beach. The all-inclusive board has a fantastic variety of food and all of it is delicious.

Due to the off-season in September (perhaps), the staff was bored and a bit grumpy. There was no more animation, and the promised services are not available (minigolf, ping-pong are all unusable).

everything was fine. The food was good. comfortable bed, spacious room. There were many programs. animation, live music. water polo match. ❤️

I miss the gym. :( At least 1-2 fitness machines (treadmill, elliptical)

Food was amazing, drink's too, room had nice view on pool, every 3 day's they change bedding, every morning bringing new bootle's of wather in room, bartender Kalina is amazing, every day she was gently and with smile, making great coffe, she was best from all employed... :) The ratio of price to what you get for that money is great... 👌👌👌

From hotel to the beach is about 6-7 minute's walk and every time when was lunch time we have to walk back around...

This is my second time to review this hotel and I'll say the same things again. Great food, great drinks package, comfort, location, extremely nice staff who never seem to stop working to make your stay a happy one. The hotel manager and the food and beverage manager were in the bar on Sunday night and I complimented them on their efforts to make this holiday a good one for me. Definitely a 9 out of 10. Well done people.

Nothing to dislike unless you want to blame the hotel for the weather on Sunday and Monday. Lots of room to stay insde with 3 bars open all day with food provided all day long as well.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good in terms of cold food. The products had flavor and there were enough of them. Main dishes were also available appropriately. The location was great but quiet. The staff served the customers well and the wishes were taken into account.

In other similar places, beers, wines and juices can be taken from the machines yourself. Here they had to queue at the counter, Fortunately, there is no rush on vacation

All inclusive deal is Brilliant value for money. Good food and lots of it, de sent drinks package and extremely attentive staff. Cleanest place I've been in in a long time because the staff seem to be on the move all the time.

. Being woken at 5am by louts having consumed too much alcohol, thinking it was a good idea to have a swim and a very loud shouting match at that hour. In fairness on site security dealt with it fairly quickly. Not the hotels fault.

Perfect location, closed to the town center, close to the beach. The food was amazing, the stuff was kind. The receiptionist guy was very helpful, the girl named Karina was the supes nicest barista. Food, snacks, coctails, sweets, cakes, fruits all day avalaible. Cute programs for children, mini disco, zumba etc. Pool is cold but large and clean. We spent full 10 days there and were very satisfied.
