Food was excellent, plenty of choice. Pools are excellent and kept so clean and well managed. Hotel itself is spotless. Location is perfect. Our room had recently been updated and was gorgeous. Animation team done games with the kids when the slides were closed for lunch which my daughter loved. Plenty of sun loungers available. Air conditioning was great.

Some music by the pool would be fantastic, some days there was and others none but on the days when there was some music it really added to the atmosphere. Hotel staff were brilliant but some fellow holiday makers were extremely rude to my son who has Autism which made it uncomfortable at times at the pool and in the restaurant. Some awareness around hidden disabilities within the hotel would be fantastic. Night time entertainment could be better.

This hotel was very nice. My staying was with the 8y.o. kid. There are many reasons why: 1. The main outside swiming pool was heated a little. Very good for everybody :) 2. Food in there was really amaaaaazing! 11 of 10. Variety of fresh, really good looking and beautiful taste. Mexican food dinners, chinese food, and so on, whole week different tastes. So for this point just PERFECT. 3. Room cleaning every day on the same time, also perfect. 4. The animation-good! Not so much through the day. But in the evening singing, different Circus shows. For kids nice. 5. Distance from the beach- not so far, but 5 min walk. 6. Slides was fun, was working 10-17 h. everyday. But it was really enough of that. 7. My kids says he wants more days here. :)

I think about the hotel there was no big cons. :)

Overall very positive experience Pluses: -Very nice, modern, clean and spacious room -Polite and happy personnel -One pool had water warmed -Wide range of quality drinks included in the all-inclusive offer -Kid's club -Short distance to the beach

Minuses: -Food was repetitive and bit blunt even though they claimed to have thematical evenings. Only starters were themed, but they looked better than tasted -Animation programme schedule was very unclear. On one leaflet it said that Monday is their day off, on other that it's Tuesday. Once we waited for Mini Disco with few families but it didn't happen.

The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean, and staff are always picking up litter and cleaning up. The slided are great and are plenty of inflatables and queues were small. (Note we were midweek). Lot's of food and plenty of variety. Drinks are local, but are good to enjoy some in the sun. We always found a sunbed available, though it can get busy. We stayed at the apartment, and is awesome. A/C and the windows are very good soundproof.

The sweets, look great but are bit tasteless, mostly sugar. Limited car park, had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but a place was found eventually. I think the hotel expects guests mostly travelling plane/bus, not by car. Unrelated to the hotel, there are different type of guests/culture so expect to see some things, like skipping queues or jumping in pool, even if lifeguards tell them to not.

Nice rooms,very good food, nice aqua park for kids and adults.

Very bad parking. If you arrive before checkin time they try to extra charge you and cops will immediately fine you for parking in front of the hotel. We literally left the car for 2 minutes so i can go inside and talk to the receptionist and they blocked our wheels and asked us for 23 euro.

Everything was great. Food was tasty, they cleaned and changed towels every day from our room. Aqua park was great, facilities all clean.

First of all we had to pay a parking fee, which was expensive (30 euro for 5 days). Food was a little bit repetitive and more fastfood orientated... also at 18.00 they dont let you use the pools because they cleans them. And last of all, drinks were local, not so great.

There was a really really bad smell in the bathroom 😭

Great hotel, clean with great food and plenty of choices. Excellent location, easy walk to Flower street.

Entertainment space for evening is separate to bar area

Our kids enjoyed the selections for the meals.

The meals are included but other things are not. You have to pay to use the room safe and fitness facilities.
