Boutique Apart Hotel Versis, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria - Review An absolutely fantastic stay! We have just returned from a week-long stay at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, the spacious and well-appointed apartments, and the incredibly friendly staff. The apartments are perfect for a self-catering holiday, with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a kitchenette, fridge, and hob. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is effective, and the balconies are a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The pool area is also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and a separate pool for children. The staff at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis are some of the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. They are always happy to go the extra mile to help guests, and they are available 24/7 in case of any problems. We didn't experience any problems during our stay, but it was reassuring to know that there was someone we could contact if we needed to. The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, the main nightlife area, and plenty of restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up on supplies for your apartment. We were particularly impressed by the fact that we were allowed to keep our room until late on our departure day, even though check-out is normally at 11am. This meant that we could make the most of our last day in Sunny Beach without having to rush around. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Sunny Beach. We will definitely be returning again soon!

The moment you step into to the hotel you notice how clean the place is,met at a secure gate that a card is needed to get into the grounds,they took our bags to the room along marble covered corridors, we had a 2 bed studio with a good sized balcony that has a pool view,the beds are the most comfortable Iv,e ever slept in,free aircon that is very powerful, plenty of storage for clothes, a kettle, oven ,plates, cutlery, glasses are provided, (take your own mugs as you only get that smaller cups for tea and coffee) The pool is not the biggest, but as with the rest of the the hotel is spotlessly clean, the pool is 5ft at the deepest and has a separate section for the kids and a jacuzzi, plenty of sun beds free at any time. The location is maybe the only downside to the hotel as its a 10/15 minute walk into the main bits,but there is supermarket and a few smaller shops a couple of minutes from the hotel, 5/6 restaurants/takeaways close by. The reception is manned from early morning until midnight and the staff were very friendly and were always happy to chat and to say hi.

Even though the hotel is very secure and you need a card to come and go, I like to have a safe either in the room or at reception.

we spent 5 nights there and its very very nice hotel. entire hotel is exceptional and very clean. Poll was crystal clear no rush and calm , beach ,shop and restaurant by walking distance. Room very nice and clean with kitchen ,big balcony. quiet place. wifi is working well and fast. Manager Mario , receptionist Myriam ( Mimi ) were nice and helpfull. Would recommend this hotel if you want nice and quiet, clean place to stay. they all speak English.

This is the best hotel in sunny beach as far as I'm concerned, we went to stay for a week and wound up extended for three because we enjoyed it so much. Mimi and Mario are wonderful people and excellent hosts, the facility is quiet and relaxing and the pool area has nice greenery and we never had an issue with getting a pool chair no matter what time of the day. The hotel is in close proximity to grocery stores and local restaurants as well to local bars that are the best in sunny beach (like our favorite Iglika bar). It feels like a second home at versis and I can't wait to come back again! I would recommend staying here to anyone if you are going to be staying in sunny beach. .

I really enjoyed the location, the hotel itself, and the staff. Mario, who worked there, was incredibly friendly and very helpful, which made our stay even better. The hotel was very cozy, and I would definitely recommend coming here. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there’s also a pool at the hotel. You can easily walk to pretty much everything, with distances ranging from 2 to 15 minutes 😇

The hotel is amazing, the staff is amazing, its super clean, the pool is fantastic, love the balcony, we even got a parking space, A+ in everything! Will definitely return.

If i can find a minus it would be to add more glass around the shower, cause the water is splashing everywhere and the seats (leather) on the balcony could be reupholstered, cause its a little run down, but thats pushing it, still an A+ hotel.

Well-maintained hotel in a good area. Two large supermarkets (Mladost & Janet) are within a 3–8 minute walk. The beach is a 10–17 minute walk, depending on how fast you are. The area is calm, with no loud parties, etc. Friendly and very helpful staff. Daily cleaning, which is super convenient. Nice pool and easy card access. Overall, a very positive experience.

Everything is just perfect. Good place, location, rooms, and equipment. We arrived too early, didn't expect that. But the security guy met us with all his kindness and tried to help with everything. Thank you, man! And Mario - simply one love! He's the heart of this place. Always attentive, kind, and professional. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen, so you can cook anytime. The pool has a jackousee, warm and clean. Definitely recommend this place and will return to it.

Mario the manager of the hotel is charming and very kind The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the rooms are large and beautiful and spacious. We will definitely go back there.

The location of the hotel is not so close to the sea and the center, there is a twenty minute walk. It was not really easy for us with the children. Unless you rent a car, then it definitely makes the process easier

The entire place was spotlessly clean and a high standard of renovation inside, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The pool area was lovely and never crowded and again very clean. The location was perfect with a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket but on a quiet road so a peaceful space away from the noise of the strip and busier areas. Mario was really friendly and helpful in planning day trips away from sunny beach with recommendations of places to visit
