The hotel was alright. The pool and the area next to the pool was clean.

The cleaning was a bit slow. After 5 days they changed the sheets on the bed. They changed just because after the 3rd day I went to the reception to ask. They should changed at least every 2 days. The food should be more diversified. They do not give to much options. Also the bar, should have other drinks not just beers and wine. A bit disappointed with the restaurant.

The place is very spacious and airy. All security measurements for the guests in rooms are on the top level. There is emergency phone and bell even in bathroom. The Wi-Fi is strong and many TV stations not only in Bulgarian allows you to chill in the room. The lobby is spacious and there is a bar near to it (bar is still in making). The restaurant is big. The pool is clean and there is a small secure section for children only 0,5m deep. There are still works being done but the hotel is going in good direction. Once fully done and in operation will be great place to stay in all inclusive option.

This is a brand new hotel with all the implications that comes with it. The team is still working on the best arrangements and training the new employees hence here and there there may be the things that could be done better. Once the staff is fully prepared for international gusts this place will be great! The food was good and there was enough for all the guests. The bar in lobby is small and looks like still in making but was serving already hot and cold drinks.

It was a new, clean hotel, bed was comfy, food was good. The reception was great, they looked out for our luggages until the bus arrived. Breakfast was the same but the other 2 courses had diversity each day. The pool was always very clean. The bar was the only meh thing about our stay. Simple, low quality juice and the guy that was serving always looked at me in a funny way. 😅🤷‍♂️

Few places to sit at the restaurant, sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for the seats to get freed.

I liked the resort,the room, the pool, nice lady to the reception, Kate and Gabriela very involved animation girls and very nice with our son, good food and sweets, the location not too far from the beach!

There was a man Alberto to the lobby bar, a Sniper man that waching us , and ben us some things like: our son in not allowed to use a normal plate but a small one, to use by himself that juice machinne, I came from our room with a glass to the bar and he asked me where I took it from! I assure him to put It back in our room! Perhaps he has a good intention but is not the proper aprouch! It is required that the staff speack with him to be more discret, to ignore some situations and to speack less about his football career.

The rooms were lovely and clean, the mattress waa firm which some of us liked and some of us didn't. Staff were polite. Location was a 15 minute walk to the strip and beach. A little supermarket outside the hotel for anything you need too.

There wasn't much of a range of drinks at the bar and there is only one bar which doesnt always have someone there.
