Our stay at MPM Hotel Orel was overall very pleasant and satisfying. Although the rooms are quite small and the sink in the bathroom offers very limited space for personal items, the bathroom itself is in good condition. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The balcony is equipped with two chairs and a small table, providing a nice spot to relax outdoors. What impressed us most was the service from the entire staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful. We would like to express our special thanks to Kateryna at the reception, who welcomed us with great warmth and responded to all our requests immediately. Her professionalism, cheerful attitude, and constant availability made our stay even more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was excellent – delicious, varied, and clearly prepared with care. Our sincere gratitude goes to the Head Chef for the quality meals, as well as to the person who was present daily in the restaurant to make sure everything was well-organized, clean, and fully stocked. This contributed greatly to the pleasant dining atmosphere. The swimming pool is well-maintained and in perfect condition. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel's private beach with umbrellas and sun loungers – there were always enough available, no matter the time of day. The hotel is not luxurious, but it offers great value for money thanks to its good service, cleanliness, and amenities. If the small room size is not a major issue for you, MPM Hotel Orel is definitely worth considering.

Spacious room, right on the beach. We got water bottles everyday, shampoo and shower gel, towels and even beach towels. The hotel is clean, the pools are big. The food was really good and they had different types every day. The cocktails also very good and at the beach bar i had the best Coca Cola I’ve ever drank, no joke. The staff speak English and the young kids working there have been the best, always with a smile on, very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

The parking was like 2 minutes away from the hotel, but it doesn’t really matter cause you’re not here to drive every day😂

Staff was kind and helpful, no complaint here; The food was diversified and tasty, especially the fruits. Rooms are small, but very nice and clean; We had hot water all the time and the water pressure was nicer than at my home.

Big downside for us was that everything closed down at 11pm,pool area and all the bars, they basically sent everyone to bed; Another big minus for us was that the gate towards the beach closed at 6pm and you had to go around the hotel to get to and from the beach after that time, which kind of made us feel like we're not at a "beach hotel"; There were plenty of sunbeds, but they were far from the sea and they didn't have any mattresses on them; There was no free toilet at the beach; The wifi at the hotel was bad, it just randomly stopped working at times. The coffee was terrible throughout the entire area.

It's very, very clean, very close to the beach, just get out of the hotel and you're there. Very friendly and nice staff, starting from the boys who greet you at the entrance to the ladies who clean the room.

The part with the meals was not ok, they took us three days out of a week to eat in the same restaurant with the ones from astoria, that is 3 stars coupled with the 4 stars, everything is ok, after they moved us to the restaurant orel where the food it was of poorer quality, less, less diversified, I ran out of bread and plates, even without a meal at a busy hour. What I mean is that either you don't mix 3 stars with 4 stars from the beginning, or if you did that you leave it until the end. I was very disappointed on this side with the tables. I went from piglet milk, lamb, etc. to pasta with some tomatoes, peas, rice.

We liked the location of our room, had fantastic views of the coast. The rooms were cleaned every day. There was different food available every day and options for everywhere. The hotel itself was ideal for the price and location

Would have benefited from a gym but we already knew it didn’t have one when booked. The beach bar could have more options for drinks as well as just drink options in general in the other bars. Not a lot of options if you don’t drink alcohol apart from juice and fizzy drinks

Rejoyce, vegetarians! Breakfast included multiple salads, fresh veggies & herbs, a few different kind of yogurt,9 6b variety of cheeses & olives (plus, cooked eggs & animal proteins are also served)! Room was modern & plenty of storage space

"Private beach" was not in front of the hotel but behind another one.

The location was amazing, the beach was very close with many sunbeds, the staff was very nice and really helpful, rooms were clean, drinks and snack bar was great, the food was also nice but only for people that are not that picky.

If you are picky about the food you might not find the things that you like, especially lunch and dinner but despite that the breakfast was good but always the same and for the lunch and dinner, there were some changes each day but small ones.

Everything was great. Starting with the check-in, fast and professional. Arrived around 9 in the morning and received support with their parking. Then at 14 we received the room. First day starts with late lunch which can be served at the snack bar outside near the pool. In general food is good at restaurant for all the meals, at the snack bar (sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fruits, vegetables and many more) and the beverages are also good quality and served in lots of places (restaurant bar, lobby bar, pool bar, snack bar and beach bar). Cocktails served at pool bar are amazing. About personnel: good english speakers, you can easily communicate with persons from reception and bars. Amazing entertainment offered by the team at pool bar every day except monday when the girls are free. Room cleaning was done everyday in the morning when we were not in the room - we stayed 4 nights and the bed sheets were changed once and towels user were changed everyday. We received a lot of shampoo and shower gel also body perfumed water, solid soap and toilet paper regularily. Room is small indeed but enough for a family with one 5 year old child considering that you go on vacation not to spend half a day in the room (we had also extra bed inside room). The area is great, right in the middle of the city. Full of shops nearby and amusement parks at 10-15 minutes walking distance. Visiting train station right at the exit from the pool. I honestly recommend to try the hotel, you will not regret. Thanks MPM personnel and we will surely come back.

The only thing that we did not like (but is not a reason to decrease the evaluation score) is that the private beach is far from the seaside, in front of MPM beach is another private beach and if you go with a small child that wants to play in the water or needs water to play in the sand is a challenge.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEANLINESS OF ROOM

THE HOT FOOD WAS LITERALLY COLD EVERY DAY OF OUR STAY AND WAS FORCED TO EAT OUT IN THE EVENING THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AS IT COULD TURN OUT TO BE A BIG PROBLEM NO ENGLISH BREAKFAST MAINLY EURPOEAN CUISINE BUT PLENTY OF OTHER FOOD

Location is very good, a few meters to the beach. Not a luxury hotel, but good overall hotel and good value for money. There is enough variety in the buffet, good choice of salads and fruits , managed to find something to eat despite being on a low salt diet, food was tasty.

No mattress for the pool or at the beach, bathroom was a bit poorly designed and needs some refurbishment
