The rooms are big and spacious whit a balcony that has a great view over the pools, the cleaning stuff came every day, they emptied the trash bins, made the beds, and change the towels if we requested it, they didn’t clean the rooms but to be fair the rooms were clean, and we staid to little in the rooms to need it to be cleaned. The food was great and verry diverse, the service was good, the stuff doesn't know English very well but they are friendly and eager to help u.

When we arrived at the hotel, they charged us 30 leva/day for the underground parking, in my opinion it was too expensive for a parking that was full of stuff cars, doesn’t have direct access to the hotel, was flooded and full of trash cans, it smelled horrible and we got wet when trying to walk through the parking. The spa area was full of bad smells and unsanitary, u didn’t even have a looker to leave your phone or valuables, the jacuzzi was cold and most of the time didn’t work.

Well,we received what we paid for.We did not pay much so we did not receive much:)The food was ok(we ate pretty good).

It is not on the beach.It has no private beach.7-10 Minutes to the beach where you can rent a bed with 9 leva(5 euro) a day(15 euro for 2 beds and one umbrella).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the location is absolutely excellent. Situated right on the boardwalk, it offers easy access to the bustling seaside and provides a vibrant atmosphere. In just a five-minute walk, you can find yourself enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and sandy beaches, a true delight for beach lovers. Upon entering the room, I did notice some stains on the table, which was a bit disappointing. There was a wetness on the bathroom door and because of that we couldn't close the door and we had to be with door open in the bathroom which wasn't so nice.. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment, attending to all areas of the hotel diligently. . One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. From the friendly and welcoming front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They were always available to assist and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. Another highlight of this hotel was the evening entertainment provided. There were various activities for both children and adults, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Whether it was live music, performances, or engaging games, the hotel truly excelled in creating a vibrant and entertaining ambiance for its guests. The food and drinks offered at this hotel were simply a pleasure. From the morning breakfast to the scrumptious lunch and dinner options, the culinary experience was excellent. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the drinks were perfectly spiced, adding an extra touch of flavor to the dining experience. The hotel's kitchen staff truly outdid themselves in delivering satisfying and enjoyable meals throughout the day.

The staff was very kind, the food was diverse and well cooked, the coffee was good at the reception bar. The pools are nice, quite large and clean. There were enough sun beds around the pools. One night it was a nice saxophone concert at the pool bar. The bathroom had various supplies, even tooth brush set, conditioners, bodymilk, etc.

The hotel doesn't have a private beach, there is almost no food between the meals and the local beverages are not very good (except the wine which was decent and the orange juice). The indoor pool was as cold the outside pool.

The hotel is very good located, few minutes to arrive on the beach. They have a private underground parking. The pools are big, clean, for adults and also for kids. Rooms are very big, same for the bathrooms. All the drinks and coffee are good, the sweets diversificate all the time. In the afternoon they have special programs for entertain the kids or live music.

The restaurant is a little bit smaller for the capacity of hotel. The food is ok, but not wow and most of the time not supplemented, especially for lunch and dinner.

Allmost everything was great. We really liked the hotel and it was better than we expected. Location is really good. Food was very good and fresh. Pool area is nice and clean. We could come again and recommend to others -- really good and relaxing stay.

We had different kind of rooms what had booked. Our booking was two rooms with one bedroom and we got normal hotel rooms without bedroom. Reception staff sayed that they changed the room type becouse we wished that rooms were close to each other. We asked to chance rooms to what we had booked and got rooms changed after two nights. It was not a big proplem for us after all and we also had some compensation. Rooms were dirty. We asked for cleaning and after that it was fine.

Very good services, fantastic food, especially for sea food lovers! Big rooms, clean, confortable and big beds! Management and reception team very open and ready to satisfy any demand! PS: for everyone thinking their air con is not working, just shut the balcony door and the air con will start working😉 Keep up the good work and we'll come back many more👍

Great hotel, clean rooms, great staff, the best food The Management team, the general manager, Mr Theodor and Miss Lidya very friendly, supportive and open to solve all the issues. Food, hospitality, services, people attention and the great hotel are the best assets for the perfect holiday!
