Very maintained guesthouse, set in a well-kept garden, in a beautiful part of the seaside resort and located only a few minutes (5’) away from the Sunny Beach. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The owners -two lovely women- were very kind and helpful; always smiling and pleasant. They allowed us to leave our car in their parking a few hours after we checked out of the hotel. Btw, the hotel has enough parking places. Friendly cleaning staff, responding to your greetings; they do well their work. Buffet style breakfast(good) included. Even if it was the same every day, enough options were offered.

Loud people in hotel hallways - usually slamming of the doors and sometimes internal noise coming from neighboring rooms, but not so noisy that one cannot sleep well. The room we had didn’t face the street, so we could enjoy restful night's sleep.

Private parking; very kind and helpful stuff/ owner; breakfast included; instant hot and cold water from the tap; peaceful area around the building; restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbour; very nice beach in a 5 minute walk (parasol and sunbed available for 9 leva each but also plenty of free beach area for those having their own parasols and / or towels)

Two small things that are perhaps worth mentioning here: there are a few mosquitoes, so maybe a mosquito net on the balcony door would be useful. There is only one outlet for electricity, so an extension cord or splitter may be useful.

Great rooms, clean, big enough for two people with the greatest and biggest bed I have ever seen! It’s huge, and very comfortable! A great and beyond garden makes you feel in a corner of heaven. Good tennis courts if you want to play at an affordable price. The breakfast is very good and enough variety of items. Great coffee also included! Really close to the beach (300m) but far enough to avoid the noisy area.

A little bit of noise from people checking in late at night due to poor insulation of the entrance door. But if you are sleeping like I do, you won’t hear anything 🤣

Perfect location next the beach. They have a great miniature golf 18 hole course included withe stay and my daughtered loved it. We played 30 timed. They have great tennis courts with lessons but did not use. The rooms were nice and good AC. The only issue was a broken toilet seat and we had a few floors to climb with an injured knee but this was expected. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is attached and enclosed with a fence. They have a nice bar and cafe on the grounds which is also nice.

Parking is very cramped, 1st time when we arrived we almost didn’t have a place to park the car but the manager found a “temporary” location and after 1 day when someone left I moved the car in their place Few outlets on the wall Because of the nature in the evening on the terrace there are mosquitos. Quiet and clean location, with tennis court and a nice view. It was near the beach, attractions and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful, had a nice bar where we watched some of the Euro 2024 games. Also the breackfast was included and they had a decent variety of food. Overall a nice experience and a food value for money.

This hotel is so cozy, well placed, both close to the beach and city center. Everything is clean (they clean daily) and the staff is very kind (they let us check-in early since telhey had a room ready) The parking space is big and private. The room size is good, with a very big and comfy bed.

The most beautiful, silent, clean and cozy place to stay in Sunny Beach. This exquisite beautiful hotel is one of the most precious I have ever visited around the world. The building - like a french riviera big house, full of flowers and cute decorations, the room, balcony, the staff there - everything was -like in every year - at the beast peak. There' s no other place like Oleander and we' ll be back the next year for sure. I have not enough words to recommend it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Thank you!

Everything. The hotel is close to the beach, it looks so beautiful in and out, the garden is a dream, absolutely gorgeaus, with the parrots gazeebo, the minigolf facilities, tennis courts, the garden bar and those amazing oleanders in full bloom. The staff is very kind, friendly and polite, they give full attention to the guests and keep the hotel super clean. We were offered free parking without asking or even knowing there is one. Everything was as expected and more, it may not be a 5 stars hotel, but the overall experience deserves even more than 5 stars. We ate the breakfast at the hotel terrace and was fresh and delicious, next time will try lunch and dinner too.Can't wait to come back.

Everything was perfect and the cherry on the top was Sugar, cutest little dog.

Very good value for money, close to the beach, very friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced every day.
