The best in this Hotel was location and pool area. Especially bartender Mitko at pool bar was very nice guy. Breakfast room was big enough and beds in the room were comfortable. Every day cleaning was in good level.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and the breakfast was almost the same every morning. It was quite good, but we would have liked a little change. The hotel is getting quite old and the rooms would need an update. We also bought some lunch from the hotel's restaurant, but the menu was limited, the service was slow and the quality of the food below average.

The hotel is centrally located near shops, pharmacies... anything you want and the beach is about 7 minutes by walk... We appreciated the private parking and the fact that it is a quiet location where you can rest. The breakfast was of high quality and enough for any foodie... The spotless cleanliness was a big bonus. We will definitely come back!

There is no power sockets near the bed and that was an inconvenience....wifi quality could be better....

We did not have great expectations but it turned out everything was so good. Location is good, few minutes walking to the beach but wasn't boring via crowded streets with many shops. Hotel cleanliness was absolutely great and beds and linen sooooo pleasant, thank you hotel. Rooms are large, walls freshly painted, new quiet air conditioner.. furniture might not be latest greatest, but everything is clean and tidy. Staff very hostile and pleasant. And honestly in general, superb value for the money.

Perfect place for our family hoiday , hotel owner is great and very helpful , hotel is very very clean , great pool for kids / adults with bar at poolside. Hotel is a short walk ( 7 mins ) to the beach and sea front ammusements , restaurants etc etc. Hotel is very quiet area and great fro young kids sleeping well after a busy day at beach. Great buffet breakfast included in this hote price. Family room 4 beds was very clean and spacious with balcony looking on to pool area. I would also like to say there is ample free parking at the hotel. we never needed to use the car for 5 days as the small train and bus service is great. also great free wifi in rooms & throughout hotel and pool area.

I loved that they have rooms with controlled temperature. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. It's great that they have a gated parking lot, close to non-stop supermarket. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, 4 or 5 stars. Really helps get that sand off you and from your hair. The rooms were clean, quiet. A great experience when it comes to value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice and not too big hotel, run by a family. Who are nice and friendly, which you'll appreciate even more if you encounter the much more common rudeness that prevails in the area. Not the newest building, but it is well maintained and clean. It has a decent pool outside. The view is over that, and the quite ugly neighbouring buildings. Each room has air conditioning (which we didn't use). Breakfast was nothing extra, but a good variety even if we were before-season and there were only 3 rooms occupied. It is 5-10 mins walking from the beach and the busy area, so it was very quiet. There's a bus stop next to it which takes you to Nessebar for 2 levas. The bus from the airport (8 levas) comes to the main bus stop, about 15 mins walking from there. I recommend a restaurant near the hotel called Bolero. V. nice food and excellent service.

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Opal for one week in a stanard room. The room was big with a big balcony for drying beach stuff. Super clean room , clean swimming pool and the whole hotel. They provided very good daily room cleaning service. The buffet breakfast was good enough and they changed some food everyday. Good WiFi. We like the hotel location which was just a little bit away from the busy beach center area to avoid the midnight bar and disco noise. This hotel was actually in a very convenient location, just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach, close to the Flower Street and shopping. Supermarket and bus stop were just next door. The swimming pool was also very clean and well maintained. We were going to stay one more week here in this hotel.

Very Nice 3 star hotel. In the room, on the halls, at the pool, at the restaurant was very clean. Extremely polite personel with very good level of English. Very good Air conditioner and confortable beds. Very consistent and diversified breakfast. Close to medical clinic, stores, markets and restaurants.

For a 3 star hotel IT has everything You need. No complaints.

Comfortable walking distance to the beach, quiet to stay, regularly cleaned room, breakfast is perfectly enough for the morning. A great store with fresh fruit and vegetables right next to the hotel as well as a supermarket. Several nice places to eat out 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff. Will come back again if ever visit Sunny beach.

Newly renovated, quiet and clean rooms. Nice staff, couple steps away from shops and pharmacy, bus to airport and Nessebar stops right in front of the hotel. Beach is 7-8 mins away. Very satisfied!

Breakfast was good but had the same food everyday, hence the 9 points.
