The people at the reception are amazing, always helpful, always super nice. We had an issue with the hairdryer in our room and they replaced it on the spot (thank you so much for that). The location is great, right near the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic - view to the sea 100%. The restaurant has good food, always fresh. The people serving there are also very nice. All in all, it was an amazing experience for us! Big thanks to the people working there, they made our stay extra pleasant ❤️

There was cigar smoke coming from the cooker hood from other room, but this is the fault of the clients, as the hotel has a policy of non-smoking rooms and it is clearly stated. But I guess some people simply do not care 😟

Great location on first line, very clean, polite and helpful staff. The seaside views are stunning. Private parking provided by the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is good value for the money as well.

The hotel is right on the busy pedestrian street (sea side rooms), which means there is a LOT of noise from the crowd/bars and even the Ferris wheel has music playing and is illuminating the room till 2:00 in the morning. Last year the bars were shutting down the music around 1:00, but this time some of the bars were playing music all night.

We had a wonderful stay at Briz Beach Apartments! The location is unbeatable – just a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony offering sea views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy.

Perfect location literally on the beach, the apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need. There are many stores nearby, the Big wheel is just in front of the hotel, the area is quite nice.

- The hotel has a parking but you have to pay separately and the rates are higher than all the other parking lots around. - The hotel has a restaurant but you don't have any discount as a hotel guest, which is usually the case.

The location was just amazing, right on the main strip x the rooms were lovely, so spacious and clean. Well equipped for eating in however the restaurant in Briz beach was lovely and very cheap x x x I cannot wait to return.

There was nothing about Briz that I didn’t like.

Everything was just like it was described and even more (we benefit from free parking, even though, according to all reviews, parking it's a problem and also expensive). The place is very clean, well organized and just 30 steps away from the the beach. The staff was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The restaurant has good food, the prices were convenient.

If you want a quiet evening, this is not the place. You can hear the music loud from at least 3 beach bars, late after midnight. The pool is small and shade comes around 5 pm.

Great location, perfect sea view from the balcony, spacious and clean room and very nice staff. The restaurant of the hotel is also very nice. There is a parking too, but with limited capacity. We booked 1 extra night and were moved to an even bigger room with a great balcony and park view.

We could never connect to the Wi-Fi. Because of the very central location of the hotel, the street in front is very busy and noisy. The Ferris wheel is also right in front of the hotel and even though it's very beautiful, it makes the room bright up until 2 AM and forces you to use the curtains (thick, blocking all the light).

Great location across from the beach. Beach and boardwalk view from our balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. 1 bedroom apartment with separate bedroom was large enough for a family of four. The market and pharmacy in the same building as the hotel were very convenient. Hotel provided beach towels.

The balcony doors don’t have handles from outside. When someone goes out to the balcony, the doors stay open, which seemed odd. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. - the ones provided by the hotel are tiny amounts.

Except for the bed which was not the most comfortable for my lower back, everything was great. The location gives excellent view, exchange, pharmacy, barber, supermarket, the wheel, the beach and hawaii - best restaurant in sunny beach just at the entrance. Free parking 2min away walking.

My holiday was just too short :)
