Amazing location, 1 min to the beach and very central Rooms are large and spacious Facilities are comfortable and luxurious Most of the food was delicious. Breakfast was better than dinner but it was quite nice anyway

Not a great selection of food at dinner and some shortage of glasses. The cutlery was large and not the most comfortable to use. The coffee machine ( the free one) was the worst I've ever tried but even with all that the overall experience and impression is very positive

The hotel's location was excellent, being close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the seaside. We appreciated the convenience of having a mini supermarket within the hotel. The swimming pool was a nice feature, and the food met our expectations.

The WiFi situation was disappointing, as the signal strength was weak even in the lobby. The lifts were problematic, unable to function properly with three or more people, requiring us to split our group to use them. The reception staff could have been more proactive and accommodating; they seemed mostly young and inexperienced. Additionally, the lack of a proper air-conditioning system throughout the hotel, including in the halls and restaurant, was noticeable.

At the moment we arrived (after 11.30 pm), the staff pleasantly surprised us, they had prepared a small late dinner, which pleased us after the flight was delayed. In addition, they arranged a taxi (and stored luggages) for us on the day of departure, which significantly reduced our travel costs. In general, I rate the staff very positively, including the cleaners, who performed their work responsibly every day of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, through the gate you are right on the beach. We were also pleased with the plenty of sunbeds by the pool and with temerature of water. The food was also good, you could always choose something else for breakfast and dinner.

The water drain in the bathroom was a bit bad, Wi-Fi only in common areas.

-very close to beach (just main street and beach) -nice swimming pool with a little park for the kids -good food (dinner was excelent) - wine and beer included at dinner (maybe if they put tables for 2 they will have more space ) -good room , good beds, AC, tv etc(bath renovated ) -daily cleaning -friendly staff at the reception (except at the pool bar , the staff was a little rude) -store inside the hotel

-the fitness center was really unsafe (old room with old equipment)- it's better not to say to guest they have one... -small and expensive parking (20bgn/day) -no internet. Sometimes it worked in the lobby but very low (in vacation maybe it's a good thing :) ) -the bathroom was flooded very easy -no net at balcony door , every night we had mosquitos

first line beach hotel. big pool. a small hotel with two big pools means you will find a sun-bed most of the times. very close to family friendly beach. everybody has a can do attitude. my boy certainly enjoyed the pool and the playground. the playground is generous compared to most of the hotels we stayed. we had a problem in the first night as one wall was just a board and we could hear guests zipping their bags! determined to check out the next day but offered an alternative room which was quiet and better bathroom. so in the end we continued the stay. drinks had soft drinks, white and red wine. no fresh juice. Wine was okay. Everyday roughly had 2 choices of fresh fruit. All local Bulgarian food with soup and deserts. Food offered was tasty.

food is tasty, but not varied. especially the breakfast. eating all the same thing for 10 mornings was bit too much for us. but just our personal preference. deserts are very sweet, feel eating a bag of sugar.

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean. Also, the pool was very clean and it has a bar. There is a big variety of food for breakfast and dinner. It's close to the beach.

We paid extra for two rooms with sea view, but ended up in two rooms on the "second" floor (it's the first floor because the ground floor counts as first floor).

A beautiful hotel with spacious room, nice and friendly staff, delicious and diverse food. We were impressed with the way we were received. We announced that we are on our honeymoon so they prepared the best room for us with an amazing view of the sea, champagne and fruits, flowers and swans from the towels on the bed. Although we got very tired on the way, the atmosphere created in our room and the surprises we found made us relax to the fullest and enjoy our vacation. Thanks a lot!! Location, cleanliness

We stayed in the last upper floor where one of the two rooms was not renovated. All clean but some furniture needed replacement as well. The rest of the hotel seemed renovated
