- We received a free room upgrade, we booked a triple room, we got a quadruple room with a huge terrace and frontal sea view. - Friendly staff - The hotel is 5m from the beach, you just have to cross the promenade. - The food is tasty - They have elevator even though is a 3 storey building

It will be helpful it they’ll put labels for dishes in restaurant, in absence of these sometimes it’s confusing for dishes looking similar (eg onion/calamari rings, chicken/pork schnitzel, etc)

The room was very big. There is a parking for hotel guest, but it is paid. You cross the pedestrian main street and you are on the beach. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very big.

It is extremely noisy during the evening and at night, because down the hotel there are 3 bars - one in the building and the other 2 across the street. The music starts at 9.30 in the morning and finishes at 2 a.m on Friday night and at 3.30 a.m. on Saturday night. The room was not the one shown in the images in Booking, which show rooms on the 3rd floor with huge terraces. We were on the second floor. If you want to pay with card, you pay tax 1.5 %.

The hotel is near the beach in the first row. The staff is very kind and the food is very tasty. Also, they are pet friendly. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Very good location. Nice view from balcony. Right on the beach, only separated by walk road - promenade. Very nice people in reception and restaurant. Possibility to charge my tesla on while parked. Very nice food. Possibility to pay for all-inclusive.

Bar closing early :), very noisy area with disco/karaoke/etc. not a problem for us, but it might be little bit disturbing for small kids or older people. Overall no problems.

Top destination in Sunny Beach. Everything is super. All staff is very friendly, professional and at the hiest level. Hotel is next to the beach and the center of the action. Staying at this hotel is ununforgettable and highly recommend it. Me and my friend always return if we are going in Sunny Beach.

These are things I was ok with because of the price, but others might not like. My room was at the front and had a great view but the downside was it being very noisy until late. (But the rear rooms should not be a problem) . Some of the furnishings were cheap. Or utilitarian (but in good condition). Some may not like this.

Nice small hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach. Big rooms, nice view for sea view rooms. Nice and helpful staff, safe parking next to the hotel (not included in the room price). Good breakfest, cheap lunch and dinner if not choosing all inclusive. Supermarket on the ground floor. Attraction park for kids next to the hotel. Lots of shops, bars, fast foods and restaurants nearby. Big wide beach in front of the hotel, you can pay for sunchairs or use the towels beach, in the center. I liked the stay, would book again.

Towels are only changed every 4 days. Can get a bit noisy at night - attraction park and bars, but it is Sunny Beach. Overall I recommend this hotel, good value for the price payed.
