There was nothing I didn't like about the Palace

Location and facilities. The hotel is in the more family-friendly part of Sunny Beach which is well quieter than the central parts, but still offers a lot to do. In terms of proximity to the beach, the location of the hotel is excellent - about 25 m from the beach and 100 m from the sea line. The garden part of the restaurant that leads to the seaside is a great place to have food with plenty of shade in the sunny part of the day. There's a great karaoke bar which works until reasonable times - a must for a hotel that welcomes families. The hotel has a well-supplied bar and a mini market that has many essentials. Room. We were given a spacious apartment with a great sea view and with comfortable bed for the adults and a good-quality sofa bed for the kids. There were two ensuite bathrooms which was nice as everyone's needs were accommodated. Staff and service. Simply one of the best experiences I've had in a while. Everyone that we interacted with was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A big shout out to receptionists, valets (yes, we were met by valets), bartenders, waiters, and room maids. Food and refreshments. We stayed in the hotel on a half-board basis. Catering was unsurprisingly via a buffet and though I, personally, did not see a lot of changing meal options, the buffet itself was large enough to provide plenty of choice to the guests. The breakfast in particular was excellent.

The lifts seemed to be inadequate for the traffic they were experiencing. The parking was also somewhat of an issue as it probably is with other places in Sunny Beach. On a few occasions there were reservations for dinner in the restaurant which meant we couldn't sit outside with the kids. I found this a bit strange for a place that offers half-board and was quite full. The fridge in the room was way too small for an apartment. There was no kettle which would be a nice addition. Breakfast and dinner times were slightly awkward - breakfast starts at 8am, too late, especially for people with kids. Dinner goes until 8pm - a bit too early for a place like Sunny Beach that offers so much to see and do. On a few occasions the buffet was shut before 8pm, which I thought was unacceptable.

Right on the beach, perfect view. Very clean. Good food. Very very good prices, cheap booze :). Best value for money.

Small bathroom, no shower cabin/curtain. Long elevators waiting times sometimes.

Very pleasant. Overlooking the sea and beach. The Funky pub a couple of doors away is the best. I would say the hotel is family oriented. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds a bit low for older guests. No bedside tables and the bed in 701 a bit big for the space. Nice little balcony with the sun in the morning. Fridge was on hot constantly. Tv OK. I only stayed one night and it was adequate.

Not so keen on the food, but for the amount they cater for an ok job.

Location was perfect, right at the beach, beautiful garden in front that was a part of restaurant where breakfast and other meals were served. Food itself was plentiful! Lots of options for breakfast and for dinner and everything was just delicious.

The room was very small with one double bed and one smaller than single bed in which my 16 year old son had to manage to fit in somehow. Not comfortable at all. The bathroom was a shower and toilet in one, so tiny. We had an incident with the elevator that stopped in-between the floors with door trying to get open. My daughter got a bit frightened, there was definitely some fault with it. We used the stairs instead after that.

Great location - on the front line of the beach,. Rooms with a sea view are a good opportunity to experience the atmosphere both during the day and at night. Good breakfast and dinner offer.

The pool is quite small, although not many people used it this time because the water was quite cold. No many other activities.

Frontal view at the sea and the entire beach. Has garden, pool, good food. New furniture in the room and bathrooms. The room has two bathrooms.

Only one elevator was in use, from two available. There was a lot of hair on the blankets and on the couch. No parking available at the hotel.

Location is perfect, great outdoors space and pool where you can relax. Our room was very clean, good job from the housekeeping team. It's a good 3* hotel. Plenty of options at meal times.

Big minus hotel does not have free beach chairs on the beach. Food was bit bland. Bring your own tea and coffee if you have a favourite.

The view is great so close to the beach ⛱️ Rooms are a bit small, but other than that, nothing to complain!

On booking, it's written that private parking is available, but you need to pay for it anyway, which is fine, but there is no guarantee of available spots.
