Nice room clean and tidy good shower and bathroom. Large balcony overlooking the pool that was room 534. Quite on a night so able to get a good night's sleep.

No lift so if you have mobility issues not for you unless you ask for ground floor

Write from the beginning of our stay staff where professional, we had a problem which was resolved with in1 hour with a smile nothing was to much trouble 😀 cleaning staff where efficient & to a high standard 😀 with a smile & polite 😀 breakfast. not an extensive menu, with something for everyone 😀 restaurant was excellent ,with an excellent menu 😀tasty quality food ,prompt service 😀 common areas & pool where clean comfortable 😀 location.... 5 minutes to sea front in a trouble free area ..easy access to local shops , restaurants ,..totally recommend, value for money, will stay again....

All was good for a budget holiday...

Bedrooms basic and dated but did not bother us. Comfy beds. Clean sheets. Room had a fridge and air con. You get what you pay for and we were happy with it. We didnt have high expectations going. Breakfast is Bulgarian based so not for everyone, however we ate it. Food in restaurant for lunch, dinner, really good food and so reasonably priced. Stone baked pizzas were delicious. We ate there every day! 5 mins to beach and main strip. Water slides were a hit for our 2 children. Most staff friendly. Nice and quiet whilst we were there in June 24. Pool bar was nice!

Sofa bed for children probably only thing I could say negative as didn't seem the cleanest.

Location is 5min from beach and the spacious apartment was great.

Staf, except one male receptionist, was very annoyed and not helpful. Housceaper didn't change sheets and towels on the third day because she was too busy and during meals knives and forks were always missing, we had to ask for refils of the buffe. The food was ok but not diverse.

Hotel is great, clean, waterslides are good, location is near the beach, but far from centre.

Staff is really bad, rude. Especially receptionist (older) 👎. Cleaning leadis are very polite and nice.

The hotel is good value for money, it is close to the beach, the food was delicious.

The restaurant gets too crowded in the morning and sometimes there is a luck of cutlery and plates.

I like the room, the food, the pool, and the personal.

I didn't like that I had to pay for Wi-Fi internet for every divice and that the parking wasn't assured.

Location is very nice, very close to the beach, about 5 minutes. Very clean bedrooms, they are cleaning every day! Good food, lots of options to eat for breakfast and dinner. Receptionist with brown hair with a ponytail is extremly polite and great, she enlightened our days when we saw her. Pool okay, they clean it every morning.

Some of the staff and receptionists could smile little more. :) Pool cold when there is not enough sun. Guests of the hotel very rude and loud, especially around the pool, kids splashing water, yelling.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool if somebody needs it. The rooms are pretty spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a 5-6 minute walk from the beach. 2km away from the bus station in Sunny Beach. There are many shops and restaurants around if needed. The bus stop to take a bus to Nessebar/Sveti Vlas is very close.

The comfort of the beds/pillows could be better. Rooms on the ground floor need some more ventilation, and humidity is felt. In general, all was fine and I recommend this place.
