We selected this hotel because in the pictures it had the loveliest outdoor area with sofas etc. in the shade next to pool, and we were not disappointed. We spent there most of our time. There were also free beverages available, which was a nice surprise. Next to the hotel was a supermarket and a short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and tourist shops. It was handy to have access to the Imperial Hotel, as we could use their toilet when hanging out on the beach and of course having a breakfast was a plus, even if it wasn't that good.

The room was not in very good condition, some repair work would be in order. The sofa bed was hard (but our son did not complain). When we looked under/behind furniture before leaving we saw some stuff left by previous guests, so it seemed like it was not cleaned that well. The pools in both this hotel and Imperial hotel were cold and had a lot of insects and leaves in them. We swam mostly in the sea because it was warmer. The biggest problem with the breakfast was that the many things would run out and not get replaced even when there was still breakfast time left.

Gold Pearl Hotel Sunny Beach was centrally located in Sunny Beach, just a few meters from the beach and the promenade. The hotel had a pleasant outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers and various seating areas. The hotel had no restaurant or bar, but offered free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and juice. On arrival we were greeted by a cheerful and smiling employee who welcomed us and quickly informed us about the hotel's facilities. The hotel's reception is not open 24 hours a day, but we received good help from the reception when we needed it. All employees at the hotel appeared to be friendly and service minded. The guest room appeared small, but had a nice balcony, desk, fridge, air conditioning and a well-functioning free wireless network. The bed was nicely made and appeared to be comfortable, despite the fact that the mattress was quite hard. On the balcony there was a small seating area and a rack for drying clothes. The bathroom was simple, but practically furnished with a sink, bathtub, soap and toilet articles, as well as shiny clean towels of good quality. The guest room was cleaned daily and appeared clean. The maintenance was also good and lived up to our expectations.. With the exception of the breakfast, we were very satisfied with our stay and we would like to visit the hotel again.

The hotel's breakfast was served as a buffet at a nearby hotel. This hotel was a real "tourist machine" with a lot of people, which led to long queues to find free tables and to get food. The standard at the buffet was decent, but had the impression of mass production and with so many people, we felt that hygiene was not taken care of to any great extent. The experience of the breakfast was so bad that we chose to eat breakfast at our own expense at a nearby restaurant. We therefore hope the hotel looks at the possibility of serving a simpler breakfast in its own premises rather than the partner hotel. This would help to improve the overall experience

The accommodation was nice, in a quiet place and also very clean. The receptionist was very nice, thank you!

The food in all insclusive program was secured at the large Imperial Palace hotel which is next to Gold Pearl. The first day everything was ok, but the following days they refused to let us have dinner in the big main restaurant and sent us to some small room where there was very little food. We complained to our hotel but no one solved the problem. I have to say this really ruined our vacation.

We really liked our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They cleaned our room everyday. The location was perfect - two min away from the beach. We really liked that they have collaboration whit Imperial Palace and all of our meals were there. We paid for one hotel, but we used two and that made our holliday more enjoyable.

We liked absolutly everything!

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, but also quiet and private, away from the chaos at Imperial Hotel where the food was served ;) The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed the pool and sunbeds in the garden. The food was of a large variety, with plenty of dishes to choose from. The drinks were ok, not too bad but not very good either. Overall it’s great value for the money. *As a note the parking is 25 leva per day.

Food was great! They still use the other hotel in the near, The Imperial Palace Hotel for all-inclusive guests but that really isn't the issue. It is a one minute walk. The hotel is located very close to the beach and the promenade with all the local shops. The manager at the front desk was very cool and helpful! If necessary there is a supermarket next to the place.

Nothing comes to mind but maybe hours of cleaning. It would happen we'd be back at the hotel after lunch we had around noon or 1pm only to come back and wait for the room to be done with cleaning

Our statement at Family Hotel Gold Pearl was more than perfect. The staff was so nice and kind, they helped us every time when we needed something. They cleand our room every day and changed our towels. The food at Imperial Palace was so good. We really enjoyed our holiday!

Nice location near the beach! Clean and quiet! Nothing to complain about!

The food in the Imperial Palace was not what I was expected!The cutlery not clean,the plates dirty,waiting time in front of the door to go and eat was anoying.The pork meat from the grill was really row ,the cakes finished very fast and have no taste , pizza dough not cooked.Realy an adventure to get an ice cream. Disappointed 😞

The room was very nice and cozy, and the beach was only a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, guests had the option to utilize the services of the nearby Imperial Palace Hotel, which offered amenities such as restaurants, bars, swimming pools, SPAs, a gym, indoor pools, and more.

I would like to improve the quality of the food and the restaurant service. Extremely overpriced laundry service in the hotel

We loved our stay at Family Hotel Gold Pearl! Perfect location very close to the beach, small and quiet hotel without so much noise like other big hotels. Very clean, they cleaned our room every day it was perfect. Staff is very good!
