Breakfast was good 👍 ,location fantastic Bed comfy 😴 Quite happy with everything ☺️

Sunbed mattresses not comfortable at all , Most of the mattresses were so soggy with soaked up water ,you couldn't lift them ,and very squidgy when sat on and water just dripped on to floor ,maybe new sun beds will be great ,ready for our next visit next year 😀

We have stayed there for the 4th time, always coming back to a lovely location (less than 50 m from the beach) and we have always been given a lovely partially sea view room on the top floor, thanks for that. Special thanks to Martin for the shuttle and his wife Stasi (sorry if I spelt wrong), the lady in charge of reception. She is a real professional, knows almost all the guests, helps with any problem and really has a lot of experience. I would also like to point out that she speaks good English, which was convenient for us to discuss our problems with someone who understands. The pool bar is nice, with good prices and good drinks, there are many restaurants near the hotel with fast-food, or you can take the small train and visit the city centre. I am pretty sure we will stay at this hotel if we travel to Sunny Beach again.

The breakfast is not that good, not even the quality, but at least the quantity has been good in the past years. This time even the quantity was not enough. The coffee is terrible - only instant, so unfortunately we decided to have breakfast at an outside restaurant from the 3rd morning. Some colleagues in the reception did not speak English. When we asked for our room number, 1216 as in twelve-sixteen, they did not understand what we wanted. So I asked them how to pronounce it so they would understand, and one lady said "Please tell twenty-sixteen!". 12 is not twenty, 20 is twenty. So this misunderstanding caused several funny discussions during our stay. But all in all, the Slavyanski is a great hotel with nice staff and a nice location, but there is always room for improvement.

Close to the sea and attractions, nice pool, decent breakfast. I booked four rooms (two twins, two apartments). All of them had good view of the sea. Actually, the hotel is built so that all rooms face the sea at different angles. Breakfast was plentiful, but poorly presented and with zero variation from one day to another (from a total of 8 days): fried and scrambled eggs, different kind of sausages, cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, honey, jam, yoghurt (bitter and unattractively presented), cheese buns, chocolate croissants (these were the best). We got apricots on most days, but watermelon was served too early. Breakfast was served between 7 and 10, so probably you get more if you go earlier. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry, but it felt… poor. Congratulations to the nice cleaning lady from the 12th floor. She cleaned our room daily and it was so so nice to come back from the beach and find the room clean.

The breakfast coffee is absolutely horrible! It’s only instant coffee, but of the worst kind. It is a pity that a country neighbouring Turkey and Greece can serve such a disgrace and call it coffee! While others complained, our room was very clean. The breakfast plates were wet, the silverware was wet… The staff worked their asses off, but they were either improperly trained, or simply not enough.

Near the Beach, was on the 11th floor at this hotel and could see the whole beach and town. If you like a big pool then this has it. Receptionist when I arrived just grabbed my really heavy case and took it to the top of the stairs at the entrance. Another hotel with a wet room, how I wish British hotels were like this.

Was in the hotel next door the first 11 nights, could always find something to eat. Not sure what half the food was here.

Location is perfect

Dinner was served only in one restaurant. Sooo many people had to line up to get some food. Sometimes it took 30-40 minutes. Only one floor staff was cleaning the tables, definitely it is too much for one person. Many times chicken and fries or other meat was already out of stock before your turn comes to take some food. Actually dinner is a challenge, especially if you come with kids :)

The exceptional view and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff !

Took us some time to get used to the food (we only had breakfast) heavy with charcuterie, while we’re more used to sweeter stuff like croissants, cereals and fruit salads. As to the room, the bathroom was a little too smelly at times, there was only one plug (nothing on the bedside for your phone or tablet !) and the mirror ‘s position seemed a little strange: too low to see your face and too high to see your feet ! No to mention the pretty useless phone since it had no directory: how do you call room service or the reception if you don’t even have the number for it ?

Very nice staff, I had a front-facing balcony that overlooked the pool and the Black Sea. The morning breakfast was always well stocked with a nice variety.

You hear a lot of music and Street noise up until about midnight every night. If I close my balcony door it was quiet enough to sleep though.

Everything was perfect, food was tasty, housekeeping very friendly, bars ad restaurant staff friendly, reception very helpful and friendly, great value for your money! Location was excellent! In general was even better than expected!

Hotel in need of some updating, broken tiles in bathroom, old style bedding still being used, broken balcony chair and cracked plastic toilet seat

Breakfast needed improving. Very often cold or Luke warm even the fried eggs. Rooms also need an update as haven't changed in all the years we have been going.
