Exceptional service. Staff are very coordinated, disciplined and mindful of guests. Amazing location, beach is literally a footstep away and the pool too is very clean and pleasant. The beach has paid and free areas, would recommend just buying a blowup bed and enjoying the free zones. Breakfast is very rich and varied. Great variety of everything: even grapefruits and kiwis and diverse sausage sorts. Dinner was okay. Great Danish blue cheese and salads but not that big of a warm food selection with the same fish every day next to pork and chicken meals. Not a lot of soft drinks options even though its open buffet (only water and lemon water) which was lacking. Special thank you to the housekeeping once again for being so helpful and kind with answering our requests. Great hotel!

No hot water at dinner for tea or coffee. Dinner not very rich in diversity: as its an open buffet and its 25 euros pp, we would have expected more seafood such as shrimps and squid. Also not a lot of soft drinks options at dinner even though its open buffet (only water and lemon water). Lunch is also not provided for (you have to buy it seperately at the front desk) and is quite pricey (also 25 euros pp) Also, even though check in is as 15.00 (pretty late since you pretty much waste the entire day waiting for check in) we could only check into our room at 15.35 due to cleaning. We wish this would have been informed to us earlier as we spent more than an hour waiting in total due to this.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sunny Beach and I can't help but speak highly about our experience! From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing excellent service. The staff was warm, attentive, and always striving for perfection, ensuring every detail was taken care of. A big shoutout to Nikolay - the restaurant manager - who went above and beyond to make sure every guest had an unforgettable dining experience. His professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout our stay, and he really made us feel like a VIP with his thoughtful recommendations and impeccable service. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, varied, and delicious! It had something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options, and everything in between. I must mention the chef - Jordan - who truly impressed us with his culinary skills. Each morning, he prepared mouthwatering dishes that set the tone for a great day.

We absolutely loved the design of the hotel, the rooms were clean and in was very pleasant to stay there. The variety of breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful even in stressful situations.

We really didn’t like that the pool area wasn’t cleaned for days. We have found empty coffee cups near to our chaise-longues that were there for three days straight. Also in the morning, coming out to the pool after breakfast, we have found the chaise-longues staying around as someone left them the day before. We’d wish the staff to take care of the cleanliness and order near the pool in the future.

The hotel is renovated, central location, beach front. Step away from many restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. The breakfast is various, fresh, well arranged. The linen, towels - very good quality. The mattress quality- best sleeping. What I didn’t like: Not enough water pressure. The AC is not cooling at all and the temperature is not changeable. The parking in front of the hotel is small and operated separately (20 BGN/day). Not sure during high season, if the capacity is enough.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms were well cleaned. The food was varied and delicious. There are private sunbeds on the beach.

The parking area is quite limited, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t offer any assistance in finding a spot. The housekeeping staff could be more respectful of the “Do Not Disturb” signs — even when the door was locked and the sign was displayed, they continued to knock persistently until asked to leave.

The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Loved the beach, it has private access and you have your sunbed and umbrella. It has a nice outdoor pool, and semiolympic indoor pool that was always empty. Liked the food as well. Staff was friendly, sometimes not the best English but any issue was efficiently solved, which is what matters. The area is not overcrowded, even during season and with the hotel fully booked.

The rooms and facilities are great! Perfect location.

Most of the staff members were quite newly hired and poorly trained. I asked 4 different people to tell me the location to the SPA. 3 of them told me it's closed. The forth one tried to find it and did not manage to so he send me to the reception. They also did not know how to reach it so they found the manager who finally did the job. It was working and all good.

The hotel is renovated and everything is brand new. The location is fine as well.

The renovation is very badly executed. It’s a bit too loud. The staff barely speaks Bulgarian and English. I wanted to pay extra for a sea view room, but the girl at the reception didn’t understand anything I’ve said, so I didn’t get it.
