The hotel is very clean, the food was very food and with variaty of options.

The beach was reacheable only by going down the stairs for almost 3 floors down and there was no beach bar available making the all inclusive experience very unpleasent. Nobody would go down the stairs more than once amd gou would have to cary bottles of water with you. Also, there was no toilet available on the beach. This should be reconsider by the hotel and also make it more aware upfron chosing for the hotel. If I would have known about this, I would have picked another hotel. On cleaning side, the room it self was cleaned on a daily basis but in the bathroom, along side the bath tub, there was a lot of mold.

The hotel is amazing for families with kids. In one location you variety of attractions, restaurants and entertainments to make your stay stellar.

Given the price of the hotel I was unpleasantly surprised that the staff asked me for 15 BGN for parking per night, after my car was already packed at your location for several days. If the hotel claims to be all inclusive please make it really all-inclusive or make it apparent to your guests, avoiding their dissatisfaction when they find out the parking is not part of what they have already paid for. The whole experience left unpleasant feeling of being taken advantage of making me hesitant choosing your hotel in the future.

Family Stay at Sol Nessebar Palace – Would Happily Return We stayed at Sol Nessebar Palace as a family and overall had a really pleasant experience. I’d definitely come back. Check-in was smooth, and the location is great — close to the beach and Nessebar town. That said, I think the beach could benefit from daily cleaning, like I’ve seen in other resorts (especially around Golden Sands). Just a small detail, but it stood out. Our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. There was more than enough space for our child to play around, and it felt fresh and well-maintained throughout the stay. The food was one of the highlights: varied, fresh, and really tasty. There are several restaurants on site, which is a lovely touch — though we couldn’t manage to get a reservation at one of them despite seeing empty tables. Still, the buffet more than delivered. I especially appreciated the fact that food or snacks were available nearly all day, from 7:30 until 21:00. One small wish: it would’ve been nice to have a proper frappe somewhere — otherwise, drinks and coffee options were everywhere and well-stocked. The pools are great (especially the kids' slides), but the water felt quite cold — around 20°C, which was a bit chilly for me. Some sunbeds could use a refresh, as a few had yellowed spots on the back. But overall, everything felt clean and functional, and we were never stuck waiting in line for food or at the bar, which is rare and appreciated. The entertainment team was lovely. There were fun shows for kids and families every evening, and the staff in the dining area were quick to clear tables and keep things tidy. That level of service really stood out. All in all, it’s a very family-friendly hotel, and I’d return without hesitation. If you're traveling with kids, looking for variety in food, and want a mix of fun and relaxation without big crowds, it’s a solid choice.

Big and versatile hotel with many attraction, private beach, good service, clean rooms, family friendly, and good choose of all inclusive food and drinks. We chose the 5 star hotel which have extras like better verity of food, private sun beds on the beach, bigger pool and bigger rooms.

The difference of the 5 star and 4 star facilities in confusing and this makes some conflict with the hotel crew which I saw every day, in the 5 star pool the residence of 4 stars can't use but the access is opened and the pool crew need to ask them to leave which make not very pleasant situations also the same thing on the beach sun beds. Also, all inclusive cocktails are made by a machine which are not so good and basically just mix liquids together, no shake & stir on ice.

Great food - lots of salad / vegetable / vegetarian options. Huge property, including a water park, shared with two adjacent hotels by the same operator. Very large beds (width 1.10m x 2!) and comfortable room size. Right next to a beach town (Ravda) with plenty of nice beach bars. Nesebar old town is a nice half day trip, although completely besieged by tourists even outside season. Staff is very nice.

The building needs brush-ups after 20 years, especially the bathrooms. Overall, compared to hotels in the area, still a fine property but no luxury. The courtyard is where all the animation takes place - noisy till 10:30 pm. Included cocktails are too sweet and the house wine barely drinkable. Don‘t come for the alcoholic beverages. As typical for the whole area, the coffee is not great. Indoor pool was pretty crowded. There‘s no Uber/Bolt in the area and the normal taxis rip you off. Use the taxis that hotel operates itself.

The food was excellent, a lot of food for every kind of taste and diet. The room was very large , nice pool view.

The reception crew not so friendly, the beach full of algae and nobody there to clean it even if the stuff was notified about the problem, they said “sorry, this is nature”, basically for 6 days I was swimming with the kids in algae. The all inclusive drinks were full of sugar and as cheap as possible,maybe local drinks, no internation drinks. For a 5star hotel there was no mini bar in the room, we should have at least a mini bar and a coffee maker in each room.

We loved the room,there was a second smaller room with 2 single beds for kids.The double bed is actually a triple bed,three adults can easily sleep in it. The food is very good,the sweets not so much (for my taste). Loved the pools and the sea,the games for the kids,the water gymnastics.

The bathtub was leaking.the walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the next room and also from the air vents We couldn't sleep very well because of the people in the next room who spoke very loudly and let their small children scream and jump in beds until 1 am.

Lots of choice for food and entertainment. Kids were entertained until 10:30 at night. Plenty of pools, slides, parks. Beach area was lovely. Snack options through the day were great. Room was spacious but basic. Reception staff were excellent. I would go back to this hotel.

Air con in rooms was substandard and overall the hotel is in need of some modernisation. Requirement to pay for the security deposit box is antiquated. Service staff could be quite rude at times. More sun loungers needed around the kids pools. Adult entertainment was cheesy.

It was lovely and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the entertainment and the experience

The bins were left overflowing for long periods , and obviously we had the problems with sunbeds which seems to be the same with a lot of resorts people saving them but not using them , we were on the eighth floor and it could be a nightmare to get a lift. We noticed that one of the lifts was out of order for a long period of time

I liked the food – there was a very large variety, and there were plenty of things for kids as well. I also really appreciate how flexible you are with early check-in and check-out. You can stay as long as you want after check out, which is amazing.

The room could have been more renovated. The staff was rude, except for the staff at the reception and the buffet restaurant. The bars outside, burger places, etc., were rude.
