Loved how close it was to the beach. Staff working in the hotel and restaurant and bar are incredibly nice and polite. Can pay everywhere with a card. Great facilities minus pool is too small, but the sea is right there. It is easy to go out for a walk and go around the city. It is all very pretty, cozy, and clean. Old Town is only 15 min walk from the hotel.

Food in the restaurant was no good. Some dishes were ok, but some couldn't eat. Didn't like how loud the music was inside the restaurant, even during breakfast ,we couldn't hear each other. I also didn't appreciate listening to Russian songs in the current situation. It is inappropriate. Overall, too much noise, too much loud horrible music, I was happy to go home when my holiday was over. Oh, one last thing, maybe it was just our room, but the toilet board kept sliding, so if you were not careful, you could fall from the toilet, hahaha

The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, staff went out of there way to be kind and helpful. Restaurant food was lovely, plenty of choices and cheap prices. Lots of nice extra touches in the rooms too, slippers, biscuits,wine, water. I used the salt cave therapy whilst there, it was ok, little expensive considering what i pay elsewhere. Chairs were very uncomfortable and no soft music playing or anything when i used it, could be better experience. Hotel is just short walk along beach to promenade to Nessebar old town which is beautiful. I would not return to Bulgaria because of my very bad experience at Sunny beach as had to move to this hotel half way through my stay at my expense. But this hotel is lovely and i wish now ihad moved immediatelythen i may have a different view of Bulgaria.

Staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome throughout our whole stay. Special mention to Analia, Vanya, Mihail, Orhan, Sevgi, Lyuba who were wonderful. The food was very tasty and fresh. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and got cleaned every second day. Great sea view on the balcony. Entertainment provided several nights of the week which was enjoyable and at a reasonable hour so you could sleep well. The location was just ideal! We will definitely return!

The balcony didn't provide much privacy due to being connected to neighbours. The shower seemed to leak water out the side of the door so we had to dry the floor after showering.

Our stay at this stunning beachfront hotel exceeded all expectations! Perfect location for both tranquility and 5 min walk to local attractions. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel and on the beach, wonderful view and very nice atmosphere. Very pleasant beach bar with delicious food and soft music. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant offered fantastic variety of dishes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - friendly, attentive and always smiling! Special thanks to Kiril and all the staff at the reception and in the restaurant!

Everybody is very kind and helpful. I love the location close to the old town and the main street. I travel with my mother, who is old and is perfect for her to be able to sit by the pool and watch the sea from the room as she can't walk to get to the beach otherwise. There was a little mishap with my room initially, but the manager solved it right away and was so incredibly nice about it. I was very happy. It was our second time there, and I booked it again for next year.

I think there can be a second person to help with the bar by the pool as it's very slow, not a big issue, tho. The towels in the rooms smells like bleach, I actually went on and got my own towel at some point as the smell was bothering me.

The staff were so welcoming and happy… all of them… this created such a lovely environment. We were able to check in early as we’re traveling out of season. Great view from our balcony. Big room. Good bathroom with a shower door!!! ( unusual in Bulgaria). Plenty of banana lounges. Everything so clean and looked after. Nice beach in front. Great breakfast selection. Nice little extras provided ( eg little afternoon tea snack at reception). Car parking right out the front. Walking distance to Old Nessebar.

Beautiful family holiday cleaning staff for room were amazing

It's not for disability people or oap as no way to get into pool to many steps to beach . Now views were amazing. After my mother fell as floor was wet on ramp I noticed it to reception not 1 member or manager came to see her or see did we need anything. . Very disappointed there was 14 of ou 5 rooms not even room service pervided as we had paid for mam as she couldn't come outta room with her foot . We got a wheelchair for the last day of them as our flights wasn't till night not once did they ask is she ok ect .

The room was cozy and had all the facilities needed, including for the beach. The staff were very nice and supportive. We served delicious food and drinks on the terrace enjoying the seaside view. The beach is in front of the hotel and has a handy bar. Being outside of the season, the hotel offered us free sunbeds & umbrella and free parking lot. I liked the small details that made our stay enjoyable: refreshments, rose liqueur and cookies on the lobby. The hotel is near the Old Town and the city center, 15 minutes walking. We will definitely come back.

An outstanding experience in every respect. Although the stay was brief, the impressions were exceptionally strong. The rooms are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, with the brightness and design creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the pool is smaller in size, it is well-maintained and very clean. The nearby beach is pristine, with fine sand and clear waters, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Another aspect that truly impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail and the staff's constant dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay. I always received quick and efficient responses to my requests, in a place where every guest is treated with the attention they deserve. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a flawless vacation. I will definitely return!

The hotel only has one elevator, which is not sufficient for the needs of such a large property. However, a little stair climbing can be good for your health, and it did not significantly impact the overall experience.

Was our first experience with the Bulgarian beaches. Totally recommendable, the hotel itself and Nassebar area!! Great city, a lot of stuff to do, to visit, to join! This small island was beyond expectations! Great hotel, kind employees on reception, parking and restaurant, chapeau for the cleaning team!! Beautiful sea views, just a few steps to the beach, nice pool and terrace with sea views as well!! I would definitely return to this hotel and Nassebar!!
