We had a fantastic stay at the Festa Panorama Hotel. We liked so many things there, in particular: The location - 2 minute walk from a great beach, also right next to the walking alley. Parking - while it was an extra 15 lv per day, it's a great convenience to know there's parking spaces in front of the building. The apartment - modern, minimalistic, great furniture and bedding, amazing sea view with a terrace The staff - friendly, helpful, tried their best to make our stay wonderful. The food - always tasty and with various options, even for the little ones.

There were several minor things we experienced during our stay: Our apartment was equipped with 2 bathrooms, however one of them didn't have a working shower, and even the technician didn't know how to get it started. There were ants in the living room of our apartment The "child club" was practically non-existent During our last night at the hotel, there was an external disco event that was quite loud and it didn't finish until 23:00, which made putting our baby to sleep quite hard

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great—tasty, varied, and always fresh. We even received a free upgrade to an apartment, which was a lovely surprise. You can tell the hotel has been renovated recently; everything feels new and modern. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, which is very convenient. In august 2025, two chairs and one umbrella cost €15. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

We didnt book a sea view room but we were automatically upgraded to one ! The ladies in reception are so friendly and helpful; the food was always plenty and delicious, massage was great and the hotel location is both close to sunny beach and nessebar !! Couldnt ask for more 🩷

The pool must have a system to ban hogging sunbeds by putting towels and not coming back for hours .. also; the desserts are not nice; there must be more variety; maybe some milky desserts?

Except what I did not like everything was OK.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, the elevator was not ideal, there was almost no choice of vegetables for breakfast.

The food becomes a bit boring after a while but ok. There is a loud club on the beach but it is possible to close the windows and turn on the ac.

The hotel is family oriented one. It could be used for conferences as well. Al inclusive menu is good for different needs of guests. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is totally renovated this year.

I personally did not like the alcohol but for al inclusive menu it is normal quality.

Paying to use the steam room / sauna. This should be included, as its all inclusive hotel Slightly better cleaning and maintenance in the communal areas, noticed a few cobwebs and some water damage to the ceiling tiles, but this is being very picky

Friendly staff, very clean and pleasant lady Ajshe, who cared about our room, very tasted dishes, enough bis room, very nice girls from animation staff, no any problems with parking place.

Some parts of the hotel and rooms need renovation. I recommend to the management that staff in the restaurant and bars should speak Bulgarian and when something is presented, first language should be Bulgarian (for example in animations, evening events, etc.). The hotel is situated in Bulgaria:-)
