Super friendly staff, will do the best to make your stay pleasent . The Food was Great, every day New meals with alot of variety. I'm visiting sunny beach/nesseber from many years, would simply say that it's the best resort there. The location is very practical, both the old city of nesseber and sunny beach are well reachable. Near bay there is a bus station from where you can take a direct bus to nesseber and sunny, also from the hotel you can order a transport for very affordable price. Very close to the beach. I liked the entertainment programme, especially the oriental dance group which was performed from professional artists. Professional barman who makes great cocktails. Would thank everyone for making me having great time.

We have been there last year, and decided to come again. If like us, you’re someone who saves for one holiday a year and you want to make sure your money is worth it, this is definitely the place to go to if you like clean rooms, round the clock food and drinks, and available and kind staff. And the view of the room is outstanding (you can see it in the pics!) and the balcony was such a cozy after dinner place to be for a romantic nightcap.

It’s always a roulette with the cocktails depending on who pours them, but honestly, this is such a non-issue as the rest makes up for it!

The rooms were great, the staff extremely polite and helpful, the food was good with good variety each day. Great place for kids as they have entertainment programmes.

Food is sometimes very good, sometimes mediocre (maybe it has to do with taste). The gym was a bit underwhelming but did the job.

Great location, it’s literally next to the beach. Also not on main Street, which is huge bonus for me- it’s quiet. The room was clean, bathroom was perfect and modern. You can eat or drink whenever you decide. There is a snack bar outside which offers variety of food between breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even after dinner. Restaurant offered wide variety of foods for every taste and the food was really well prepared and tasted good. Animation team were doing their best. The pools looked maintained and clean, however I didn’t try them.

There were also a lot of processed foods, which I’m personally not a fan of, but that’s understandable. Also I spotted low quality ingredients in some of the food. My solution was just to avoid eating the processed foods. The tables at the main restaurant were not cleaned sometimes and cutlery was often missing. Parking is paid-20leva per day.

-Location is very close to Nessebar (only around 5 minutes with the bus) - the bus station is across the street from the hotel -Personnel is very kind and helpful. -Rooms were clean and cosy. -Buffet menu was diverse - each day / meal there were different kinds of food. -Beach is at a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel - please take note that it will cost you 30 BGN for 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. Alternatively you have a 'free zone', but your would have to bring your own beach towel.

-Sometimes you need to wake up early to find a spot at the pool. This was an issue because i'm not a morning person, but there were still spots left at 08:00 in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Resort. Hotel is a short walk into Nessebar and a longer walk into Sunny Beach. We walked along the beach to both resorts but bus stops near the hotel with frequent services. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Good choice of food in the 2 buffet restaurants. Large comfortable bed. Housekeeping done daily if required. The Manager and his staff do a great job. This hotel is very good value for money.

Great rooms, very spacious and clean. Cleaning staff was there every day. Great location, very close to the beach. The food was really tasty and there are a lot of dishes to choose from.

I didn’t t like that you have to pay extra for the beach beds and umbrella. Also, this is more about the people: a lot of the customers leave their towels early in the morning to”reserve “ spots at the pools, which technically it is not allowed, but the hotel staff doesn’t do anything about that. The cocktails at the bars are not that great.

Hotel is located in close proximity of beautiful dunes and right next to a beach. Food is delicious and their thematic dinners superb. Staff is very nice and polite.

Our room was not properly cleaned, neither before our arrival and during our stay. Management is abusing its power, letting waiters run while several of them watch or stroll being completely idle. Not a healthy ratio of managers and waiters. Loud british clientele who shouts during day and night and nobody does anything to stop them.

Amazing experience during our vacation. First of all I would to appreciate the kindness of employees and the Manager of hotel. Always smiling and communicative, ready to help you. The food here is really unique. Each day is another type of cuizine and it’s really delicious. Bartenders are preparing tasty drinks according to your wish. The rooms are always clean and waiting for you with the new towells. Beds are really comfy. You can use 2 outside pools and one is inside with warm water if you think the water outside is too cold. I fully recommend to buy ultra all inclusive. You can eat and drink all day. The hotel is really beautiful. No negatives at all.

The biggest selling point for the Imperial, in my opinion, is the fact that the hotel is very family-friendly. There were a lot of families with (small) children, during our stay at the Imperial, which was awesome! The rooms are a good size, and towels are changed everyday. The reception is happy to help, when asked (thanks, Rado!). Actually, all staff is nice and smiling. :) Dishes come in a good variety, so you'll definitely find something you like. Kids pool/playground/activities are much appreciated.

The beach is a bit far from the hotel. Also, there's no designated sunbed area on the beach, for the Imperial (applicable to many Bulgarian hotels, in recent times). Sometimes, the bars tend go get a bit busy, so service is a bit slow.
