I want to say thank you to the Staff Team, they are wanderful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach, the room was big and very clean, the food was delicious.

From our point of view everything was fine.

The sea, promenade and shops are close like walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The guys from animation are amazing and they know who to entertain the atmosfere. We had a lot of fun together and played a lot of games. We were there like couples, 4 people in their twenties but it’s a really good place for families and kids. It’s a great balance of price and quality and the food is varied everyday especially the breakfast who is the same everyday.

The pool was nice but tiny and they don’t have enough sun beds for everyone. The room was oke but the double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. The balcony door didn’t close all the way so we hear quite a bit of outside noise at night.

This Aktinia Hotel offers one good ok price-quality ratio for the comfort and meals included. I strongly recommend this hotel because the staff and the reception front desk, the hotel employees are of a high professional level attentive to the customers' requirements. The all inclusive meals are very well chosen and good tasty and offer a wide variety of products. Parking at the property or if not close of the hotel with, 20 leva/day. The rooms are clean and the staff carefour to the client's requirements. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next year. I offer definitely 5***** stars for this holyday. I have nothing to complain about this stay. All was very ok and good.

Staff was great, very polite, food was good for the money we paid,quite tasty. There was always something different, except breakfast that was pretty much the same every day. The beach was close. The rooms and public area were clean . There were different activities during the day with 3 young people that would entertain guests with different games. Very nice.

The internet acces was sooo bad. Was disconecting constantly. In the pool are and restaurant wasn't working at all. A big minus for that. And the cleaning of the room wasn't that great. One day there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Also we were in room 501 facing the main road and it was very noisy during the night as there were vehicles driving like crazy.

Spotlesly clean, great staff, excellent location. Beds are very comfy. Excellent value for money.

I liked the location. Value for money was great. The room was cleaned each day. Lady's at reception were nice. The food was fine for the price paid. Walking distance to the beach (5-10minutes).

No mosquito net at the balcony( 5 August Sunny Beach was infested with mosquitoes) Noisy street and balcony door at room 612 doesn't close well. No hairdryer in the room,you have to borrow one from reception. Bad smell coming from the bathroom drainage. No free parking. 20 leva/day if you find a hotel parking place available or 25 leva/day city parking place. All inclusive drinks are low quality.

Excellent services. They should be rated as a 4 star hotel not a 3 star.

The hotel is close to Cacao Beach, and the access is facil, also there is a large free zone. The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a stydio room, and we were happy with the size of it, especially because we have a little girl and we need all the space we can get. The child's stay was free of charge. Overall, the facilities and the accommodation were fine for a three star hotel. If you seek an all-inclusive and low buget location, this hotel is the perfect choice.

We didn't use the pool because it was always full, its size is a little too small for the number of guests. The rooms are not as nice as in pictures and we had no extra facilities like hairdrier or a kettle.

The food is amazing, diverse and they serve it for 3 hours, 7 - 10, 12 - 3 and 18 to 21 so you have plenty of time to visit and come back and have your lunch or dinner. The rooms are big and very clean, we were treat it very nice by the personel. All in all a very good experience. For sure we will come back.

It's like being in Spain . The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and I'm sure I'll be going there next year.
