Great family hotel, spotlessy clean (special thanks to Emi), plenty of food choices for everyone, including healthy corner with gluten free bread, soya milk, oat milk, fresh juices, fresh honey. Downside are unfortunately guests!!! Reserving sun beds from the morning, waking up at 6am (not even exaggerating) and chucking their towels and tshirts on sunbeds, no manners whatsoever in dining area with attitude "I'm paying so I don't care" causing unnecessary queuing for some food (shish kebab for example instead of taking 2-3, taking 10 by one person and as I heard conversation between 2 friends "Mate, I paid for it so I can eat as much as I want even if I will not be able to move after, holiday" so chef was trying really hard to meet demand but unsuccessful many times. Mini disco for kids spot on, our kids asked every day to go. Specious rooms, we had 1 bedroom apartment with sea view. Kids pool in aquapark really small so used it only once (only few sunbeds available, in fact no more then 4-5 families can use kids pool at the time which for this size of the hotel isn't enough). Aquapark itself-excellent.

Only hand wash and 2 in 1 body gel (from dispenser) provided in the bathroom. Good scent although didn't try it on my hair. For 4 star hotel cosmetics could be bit better. Hot drinks available only during breakfast (for dinner only in Italian restaurant).

The food was very good and fresh. Playgrounds for kids are in multiple locations. Proximity to the beach (even though some guests wake up at 5 am to put the towels on The sunbeds, this should be forbidden) but not enough sunbeds. The pools are clean.

The rooms can be cleaned properly, even after the cleaners left, you can still find a lot of sand on The floor. The staff from the restaurants, shops, don't speak english and don't have a Friendly attitude. The alcoholic drinks, except beer and wine are terrible. The non alcoholic drinks are also low quality. For one Time experience it is ok though.

If there were 20 stars to give, I would give them. They say this is a corner of Paradise-and indeed, it is. The staff is really nice and tries to help with all demands. I had some special mobility issues and they found me the perfect room. The sea view is amazing, the room clean, spacious and quiet. If you have any problem, ask them to help and they are there. The food is great and plenty. Even as a vegetarian you can eat each day for 7 days without repeating. Some tips: as there are 2 entrances, the food you find till the hot food/dessert area repeats itself on the other part, so if it is crowded, or you need something that has just finished (they replace it very quickly, but if you do not want to wait at all), just go on the other end. They also have a "health" corner where I found some delicious grilled olives, tahini, tomato juice, vegetable bread, etc. Worth looking for and tasting from. I only visited 2 of the thematic restaurants, another tip-make your reservations there using the QR code in your room. You don't need to go to the reception for this, and can do it whenever you want it (in the middle of the night if you find yourself craving something :) ). Except for one lady who I guess was very tired at the Bulgarian restaurant, all the staff at the restaurants (the main one, the Italian, the Bulgarian) is really nice and tries to help as much as possible, even when they have hundreds of people, each with their demands. They clean very quickly, replace the food very quickly-again ask them and they will help you. The wi-fi could be a tad better, but it works. I don't know about the tv, as I have tv at home but not the sea, so I preferred to look at the sea. If you look for a very vivid night life, this hotel is not for you now. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday this is the perfect place. They have a lot of entertainment and there are a lot of happy children around, but it is quiet and peaceful.

I've stayed in multiple All Inclusive hotels in Bulgaria during the last 10 years, and by far this is the best one. I booked a room at the beginning of September an had an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive – the room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The towels were changed daily. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes, from fresh salads and seafood to delicious desserts. The dining experience was enjoyable every day. The facilities are great, especially for families or anyone looking to have fun. The water slides are a highlight – they were a big hit for my child and the fact they're included in the price, weighted more in our decision to book this hotel. The pools were always clean as well, and well-supervised. We also enjoyed the Jazz Bar, with live music, but it's a pity it's not open daily A special mention to the entertainment team – they were amazing! Their energy and creativity made each day fun, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. From pool games to evening shows, the team really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I'd like to mention here the Variete Plan B team as well. Very good show and a big Kudos. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

The only downside was that I couldn’t book a table at any of the themed restaurants. Even though they were often empty, all time slots seemed to be at full capacity. It was a bit disappointing not being able to experience them despite multiple attempts to make a reservation.

Located right next to the beach. So you have a great view and don't have to choose between the pool and the beach. Waterpark. Nice food in the restaurant. Several bars and restaurants, so you can get beverages and some food all the day in convenient places. Amazing night shows. Great animation team. The pools are cleaned every day, so there is no beach sand left in them. We didn't have lack of places in the main restaurant and near the pools. Sunrise over the sea and sunset over the mountains. Huge parking. Shuttle to Obzor from morning to evening.

Our sea view room in fact mostly was a side-sea view room. Mold in the air conditioners in the room and restaurant. The water in the pools was too cold. The children's pool is too far from the main one, where all animation activities take place. Could not make a reservation in Bulgarian restaurant even a week ahead. There is nowhere to go for a walk or see anything except nearby hotels. There is no pharmacy nearby.

Fair price for good quality! 1. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings. 2. The food is great and you have a lot of variety. They have enough baby chairs in canteen and a baby food corner (they have biscuits, semolina, milk and bulgarian baby food. As an advice for the hotel - it would be easier for parents if it were written on english as well on the food jars. 3. The staff is friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to our problems. 4. Animation team was amazing. Our little one (1yr5months) was delighted.

1. Mini disco is scheduled until late in the evening. Around 22.30/23.00. With the windows closed there was no problem but some of the guests wanted to see the show from the 3rd floor balcony with windows opened. The sound was very loud and disturbing for our little one. Maybe you can write an announcement on every window balcony from the floor for the guests to shut down the windows after them if they want to enjoy the show from upstairs.

It is very lovely place because: Good location, with own beach without any additional payments, good food and drinks, high level of service and animation.

There is no pharmacy store on the hotel location. Low professional level of the hotel doctor.

the food was very tasty, staff were very helpful, rooms were super clean. the beach was clean

the restaurants with specific quisine (italian restaurant, fish restaurant) were completely booked, and even though we tried to reserve a spot during a whole week, we couldn't find a table. i would suggest they let reservations be done only 2 days maximum in advance and not for the whole week. so new tourists that come here can have a chance at reserving a table

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The rooms and common spaces were kept clean. Lots of choice for food, some dishes were done surprisingly well. Alcohol quality was good and the cocktails were adequate.

Sometimes not all bath towels were replaced, which led to us having to share a towel twice during our stay. Most of the food choices, including in the thematic restaurants, was adequate, but some dishes were flops.

Wonderful, beautiful, friendly hotel staff. The hotel is large, there is something to do for both adults and children, the animation program is at the highest level, big variety of tasty food and drinks

There are two reasons why I rate this hotel 4 out of 5. The first is a hole in the duvet cover, which was never changed in 5 days. The second - we did not use the mini bar and did not even open it, but most likely the previous residents or the hotel staff left a bitten chocolate in the mini bar for which I had to pay when leaving, which spoiled the overall impression of the hotel
