Large room and confortable bad, the room had kettle and some tea and instant cofee (i didint use it).The minifridge was full on the arrival with 2 bears, 4 juice free of charge, 3 bottle water and daily was recharge with bottlewater (0,5l/pers).The cleaning in generaly was ok, i supose depend of cleaning people. The towel was change evrey day (drop on the floor). Air conditioner was very good. The room has safebox. free of charge. The adult pool on its enough wide for all quest, clean, you could find sunbeds in the shadow until 10 o clock, but all guests reserve the sunbeds . In the zone of adult pool is drink bar with machines for soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, apple juice and water) and for cofee (instanty cofee, long cofee , hot chocolate, cocoa with milk, cofee with milk ). On the other side on the adult pool is pool bar.From 10 - 22 the bar is open, and serve some coctails with local alcoohol, without alchool, soft drinks, cofee and frape, from 12.30 to 16.00 you could find nugets, hambugher, hotdogs, pizza and salads. From 16 to 17 you find biscuits, cake and some apples. Ice cream is self service all time. All the pool bar area was dirty, full of glases, tigaretes and splash from icecream and cake, for me was imposible to stay in this places. A lot of tables was unite and no one arange that area. Also on 19.00 on the pool bar whisky is out, sprite is out, tonis water is out ... the same problems was also in the lobby bar.The kids pool was very nice, good program (10-12 and 13-18). Also on the day in the pools nobody cleaning, at 15 oclock all garbadge was full ,maybe more atention its needed. The beach is very nice, sandy ,clean and its common with other guests resort (Sunrise Resort Hotel) and at 9.00 its hard to find sunbeds. The beach bar serve only beer, softdrinks and cofee (10-18.00) and its very very croudy. The night show was ok, nothing wow but nice, minidisco for kids. Very good food, not so variety but you will find something to eat (tasty).

Many time the machines was emtpy, block or out of service, the same problems on the lobby bar and a poolbar with some alcohols and soft drinks. Pool bar area was very dirty and the entire pools area need cleaning during the day. Beach bar very very crowdy and its not be said like a part of concept (all inclusive).

Food at restaurant is amazing. Staff people are verry kindly.

Juices are not so good. Wi-fi didn't work. The bathroom was a litle poor.

The room we had was big and nice, and after the initial hiccup was clean and comfy. The food was varied and fresh, didn't excel, but we had sufficient choices. The salads and fresh fruit were great, wine and beer are ok. We liked the pool although the water was a bit too cold. The beach is near and we have found free sunbeds every day. All in all is a good value for 2-3 days of gateway. More than that, I'm pretty sure it will get boring.

The room they gave us upon our arrival wasn't cleaned, but we were in no need of the room right away, so we left our bags and went to the pool. The staff at the reception was very kind and made sure that the room was in good condition after we told them. The coffee from the restaurant is horrible, it is instant undrinkable garbage. At least we found something resembling coffee at the lobby and at the pool bar. The soft drinks are also pretty bad. The beach isn't the greatest, the sand had plenty of cigarette butts and plastic caps. Animation is almost entirely missing.

We liked the beach and the pool very much. It is very well located. The room was big and comfortable. The food was good in the restaurant. Very fun and positive stuff.

The coffee at the pool and beach wasn't very good. Also the coffee at restaurant. If someone wants good coffee should get it from the lobby bar.

I loved everything about this resort. This was the best holiday we had so far... and even though I usually like to change destinations when going on vacation, this time I am pretty sure I will come back. It felt better than anything we have experienced so far. - The parking was great: easy to access, felt secure, also we could see the car from our room (which gave us a feeling of additional security); - The staff were more than welcoming and nice. We loved the cleaning lady who did an extraordinary job and was really nice and understanding with us and the kids... also the bartenders were nice (my husband was particularly happy about this)... and the chefs were excellent (and nice). - The food was great; - The bars were great; - The pools were wonderful; - The beach was clean and we could find a spot everywhere we wanted and anytime we needed one; - The baby corner was great for the little one; - We also enjoyed the terraces; - The beds were really comfortable; - The ping pong table, the volleyball court, the stage... they were all great

The wifi was really poor... but compared to all the fun and relaxation that we had... I can get over that. Sure, if my mobile internet didn't work, this could have been a problem.

Resort in the middle between varna and burgas so whenever you plan to visit think about staying there all the time , there is only small town near by called obzor , small nice town , but everthing overpriced I think.

We loved the specious room, the spa corner with steam and Turkish bath were amazing. So beautiful and relaxing, relatively good price to use as well. The beach was sandy and beautiful. We loved the food in the restaurant and so many options. You won’t get hungry there and most probably put some extra kilos by the end of your trip. There was great variation, tasty salad station with sooo many choices. The meat and fish were delicious. The hotel also looks amazing on the inside, we liked the style and aroma smell they used. Small shop that has most of the things you will need. Pharmacy and city center very accessible. Daily nights with music and dance and the staff on the stage seemed happy and enjoying their job. Most of the workers were also polite, making jokes. We did not get bored of the place for our one week stay. I got an allergy rush from maybe the pool (but not sure about it) and they organized a doctor visit in like 20minutes. They also nicely did not forget my birthday and treat us with Champagne in the room and birthday card! It was a nice gesture! ❤️ Our room was on the garden side and first floor - quiet and close to stairs and not that busy elevator that we could use. Overall we had a great time and we might visit it again!

We did not like the housekeeping check ups on the room. They refill with water, toilet paper and fresh towels every day, but no coffee was replaced when finished the two welcome sachets. Never hovered the carpet for one week, we really felt was needed. Toilet and bathroom did not seemed to be clean after everyday visit. 😕 Overall it seemed not much cleaning was done in all facilities around the hotel. The drinks machines for water, beer, wine and soft drinks always look filthy and needs daily cleaning. The pool was not cleaned or the pool restaurant.

The room was surprisingly big and the pools was the best thing for this hotel.

Bad and dirty sea coast but that wasn't something that the hotel could do. Poor quality and variety of the food generally. If you haven't visit any other all inclusive hotels probably you will not have a problem but if you have visit others you can understand how bad the quality of the food is there.

1. Great food - breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of options, we stayed for 3 nights. 2. Very comfortable room - we had a double room with 2 bug beds and free upgrade to sea view. 3. Cleaning each day, minibar available in the room. 4. Clean beach and pool area, with plenty of sunbeads.

1. The WI-FI did not work at all, that was quite a big inconveninent unfortunately. 2. Poor quality for drinks

Good location, spacious rooms, food is quite good for an all-inclusive system. Looks like the Turkish chefs are doing a good job. The swimming pool is well maintained and there is a good beach too. The animation is ok and there are some shows in the evening (decent for a hotel stage).

Instant coffee in the restaurant, but there is an alternative to have a real coffee at the lobby bar. Sometimes, there are big cues at the bars (partially due to the guests taking more than they need). Pool is not heated, and water is a little bit cold at the end of May
