I loved the staff, they were all really really nice and sweet, the hotel was nice itself because there were not so many people and it was never crowded plus it was relatively close to the beach

Our room never got cleaned even tho we asked the cleaning lady to do it several times, the food seemed nice the first couple of days but at the end of our stay you had barely anything to choose from, but i guess it’s something common for all inclusive stays…you get to the point where you don’t want to see any food in front of your eyes Also there was barely any entertainment and activities to do except for the pool, ping pong table and the girls who were trying to entertain the kids

The only small thing that we didn't like was right before the check out. We had around 15 minutes to spare until the check out limit, time during which we went to the car to leave a part of our luggage and when we were returning to the room to grab the rest of our stuff, after only 5 minutes we found the cleaners already in the room despite the fact that we've also left the don't disturb card outside specifically to show that we haven't checked out. It would be nice if the cleaners would enter the rooms only after the check out limit to prevent such unpleasant scenarios.

The hotel is close to the beach (7-8 minutes). The food is really good. The room and the balcony are enough for two people.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty. I went the reception to ask the lady to help us with that (the toilet and the washbasin were full of dirth). A lady came and cleaned only the washbasin. I went for the 2nd time to the reception, a 2nd lady came only with a mop and water and the problem was not the floor.. I was really dissapointent about that. I chose this hotel because of the high rate regarting the cleanliness but the experience was different.

It was very clean, the maid came in everyday while we were at pool/sea to mentain it. The food was very good and a lot to pick from, the animation members, especially Pavel were very friendly and fun, great with kids aswell. Close to the beach and center. It was a nice trip, we had a great holiday, but they can improve some things here and there.

- The wifi was incredibly bad. Our phones barely could catch any signal. We had to stay on our mobile data... - The pool was kinda small and wasn't cleaned of insects everyday, we had to take the matter into our hands and "fish" the insects with the net. - The hairdryer had such bad power and heat, had to stay 20 min to dry my hair...and you had to keep pressing the button for it to function. - The man from the reception, during the day wasn't so welcoming, kinda annoying and not only to us, other guests aswell.

Mold in the room...not a lot but there was mold. No entertainment in the evening Hard to find a table at dinner, if you are not there fast you will have to leave and come back

10 min to the beach (Hidden beach). Room was big enough, 30 mp, very clean. Meals at All inclusive was very good, exception was beer and wine (i didnt like these). The meals are also varied, every day another specifics (greek night, bulgarian night etc). The hotel looks very cool in and out. Free parking. Extra activities: a couple of days having great fun with Flamingo group, at night!! Camel park nearby!

The pool was a little small, sunbeds just for 30 pers max. But the sea is near and the water was super ok (august)

The bartender was the best. He was goated.🐐

Excellent location, in southern part of Sunny Beach, in a quiet area, but still just 10 min walk away from the center, which is more noisy - with lots of pubs, terraces, with music and entertainment. Personnel very friendly and helpful, cleanliness was impeccable all over - in the room, restaurant, pool area. Large and comfortable room; actually, we have received a free upgrade to a better room -including sea view, than we had actually booked. Food has been very good and diverse, plenty of choices - from local cuisine to international, fish & sea food, pork, chicken, salads, deserts, etc etc, Drinks were fine - cocktails, white/red/rose wine, beer, juices, for all tastes. Beach is abt. 10 min away, nice walk through the sand dunes. Sand is very fine, sea entry is nice & flat, water was warm. Close to Nessebar, abt. 45 min walk or you can use bus or bubble train. Beautiful old town, definitely worth to visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rome Palace Deluxe  a wonderful 4-star hotel at Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, and it was a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end of our vacantion, for me and my family ( 2 adults and 2 children). The food was great, with delightful Mediterranean and Bulgarian nights that offered a delicious variety of dishes. The rooms were very big and spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The highlight of the entertainment was the Flamingo Dance Team, who were absolutely fantastic and added a lively vibe to our evening. Almost each night we had disco party for our children. The pool area was well-maintained and a great spot to relax. The beach is not so far between 5 -10 min walking ...is Hidden Beach & Bar. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seaside experience.
