This was an amazing stay abroad. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and welcoming. The wet room was the best bathroom I've ever had on holiday. The beds were comfortable and towels were changed regularly, the cleaners came in every day to change the bin and towels. Literally a 5 min walk from the beach. You must visit the ToGo Beach Bar if you stay here. All in all excellent 👍👍 holiday. There was myself, my husband in 1 room then our 2 sons and a mate of theirs in another room which was also as above. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would like to return later in the year. The bar/restaurant/pool area very well maintained. Food good, drinks great as always!! Thanks to all staff.

We liked the apartment we stayed in. It was plenty of space l, there was a fridge, and a TV in each room, the beds were big and comfortable, there was a balcony too.

The lift closes way too fast, and the doors are way too heavy. We were with a disabled person who got hit by the doors twice, and then we decided to use the staircase, but it was hard for our disabled beloved

The location is perfect, beach just across the street, bus station very close. The staff at the reception are very helpful. Parking space was available. Cleaning came regurarly. Spent two weeks and didn't want to go home.

There was nothing. The matrass of the bed is a bit too soft. Not the best for the back.

Quiet location. 10 mins on toy train to the strip. Free Aircon and WiFi, very very clean room ,and extremely comfy bed !! Beach 2 min walk supermarket next door , restaurant next to the pool very good value food and beer staff excellent restaurant and hotel. Returning next year , hotel pool was crystal clear .

Ignorant German holiday makers . No issues at all with hotel occupancy, just out and about lol.

For a budget hotel we couldn't fault it . Very clean, great facilities and friendly staff. Close proximity to a beautiful beach. Great location with easy access to public transport to the hotspots

Everything was 10/10 for us. Cleanliness, comfort, location to beach 🏖️ 5 min walk. All excellent 👌

The location is great. We didn't have a balcony, but it didn't bother us since we stayed over the weekend only. Beach is across the street, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Nessebar seems to be closer than center of Sunny beach, however there is transit every 10 minutes.

Housekeepers were very loud in the morning as we stayed on the ground floor.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Everything was close, the beach, many shops, downtown. The hotel had everything we needed, swimming pool, bar, shop, etc... The apartment was spacious, well-equipped.

Maybe the beds could have been more comfortable... :)
