The location, the pool area and the room was great but you can hear everything from the balconies next to yours. However, it's kind of a party hotel so it's understandable. If you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. There was a girl at the reception named Elif that deserves a special mention. She was the most helpful and accommodating person during our trip. Not that she did everything we requested, but she seemed to really care and did her very best to make our stay special. If Elif's boss is reading this, she definitely deserves a raise.

Everything requires to go the reception and pay an extra fee. Do you want to use the sauna? Make an appointment at the reception and pay €10 per hour. Do you want to use the pool table? Go to the reception and pay €3 to collect the token for the table. Do you need pool towels? Go to the reception and leave a €10 deposit in cash for each towel. Do you want to park in front of the hotel? Go to the reception and pay €10 per day. It just feels like the hotel is trying to squeeze every single euro from your pocket.

What we liked the most was that the pools were very clean and beautiful. The room had a good size, clean and very confortable. Some of the staff was very friendly, some were just ok. The food was fresh and great variety for everyone. It was the second time there and we would gladly go back there one day.

The parking is very small, not enaugh space for so many cars and extra payable (10€/night). And another thing was the air conditioning in the room...doesn't matter that it was old, but it was very dirty und unhealthy.

Really nice Hotel and staff. They were very helpful with all inquiries.

Only thing to note is that the music that is played during the day is the worst thing that has ever been heard by my ears. An endless loop of remixes with the same beat over and over and over…

This our 4th visit - nothing’s changed since last year - same excellent services, food and amenities. The staff are nice, accommodating, and for a change everybody seems to do well with English now. Pools are clean, room is cozy, bar is awesome.

The curly-hair gentleman at the front desk (Velin I think) is one of THE worst-prepared employee I’ve ever come across - zero communication skills and poor knowledge of what the job entails. He failed to scan our IDs properly when we arrived, and we ended up checked-out after a day - we had to go through the check in process again with someone else.

It’s my second holiday here so it means that I like the place very much. Value for money is amazing. - pancake maker Gentleman always makes my day

Staff is sometimes rude or/or uninformed: - the restaurant manager ( blonde lady) is rude, I accidentally walked in 5 minutes before dinner time and she started shouting with me and almost physically threw me out, I would have listened to something like “ please come back at 18:30” or smg like that) -receptionists don’t know basic things about the area ( where is the bus stop, where does the tourist mini train stops etc) - some cleaning ladies are shouting with people who want to go in in the wrong time to common bathroom - if I leave my food unattended for 1 minute to go for salad or a drink they always take it away and I have to start over

The outdoor area is fantastic. Lovely view from the terrace and very comfortable bed. 10 out of 10 for this. The pools were super clean, the sun beds as well.

The room has nothing in common with the pictures on the web. As well the corridors etc. Also the all inclusive was not that good. The food was really cheap.., not what we were expecting, same applies for the drinks.

The perfect location with a nice view next to the beach. Comfy and clean

Great place to relax. Adults only so be prepared for daily parties. The music however stops at 11pm sharp and whatever noise you hear after 11pm comes from the nightclub on the beach (not from the hotel). Light sleepers - bring ear plugs. Delicious food with local dishes but hotel also caters for russian and western guests - a lot to choose from. I heard the occassional entitled rude british chav shouting for KFC, but the staff dealt with him quickly and professionally. You have two outdoors swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds, free towels and a lifeguard on site, The pool is not heated, so do not expect to swim comfortably in months other than July/August. If you fancy heading to the beach - it just a few minutes away across the sand dunes., The room is basic in its decor and has ikea-style furnishings - some people might not appreciate it. However if you want to spend all day in your room - then choose somewhere else to stay. Beds are clean and comfortable. Towels are changed daily. WIFI was excellent.

The balcony is not private at all as others have access to your space. I guess this is how the building was built in the soviet era. The hotel could install some dividers though.

Facilities, pool was great, location near the sea, lots of additional activities, stylish design, clean, a big variety of food

At the first day we were given water bottle from hotel, however there was a mold in the bottle. We didn’t notice it at first and eventually one of us got poisoned and we waisted one day of vacation+ money on medicine. At the reception we were offered “something extra”, but until the end of stay nothing was given to us. When we complained about it on the last day, the receptionist said that they could offer us a one all-inclusive day, but they forgot about us. Since we were already leaving, we received nothing in exchange for our suffering.
