The receptionist and the barista were friendly, professional, and spoke English well, making our stay more comfortable. The room itself was tidy and organized, and we had no major issues with it. The location of the hotel is fantastic—right by the beach. You really can’t get any closer! The hotel’s complimentary sunbeds are set a bit further back from the beachfront, but we actually saw this as a plus, as it provided some separation from non-hotel guests. The outdoor pool, while a bit cold, was still nice and enjoyable for a refreshing swim.

Most of the staff, aside from the receptionist and barista, struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. The cleaning service was not thorough. On some days, the room wasn’t swept. Although the food was great, it lacked variety. For an ultra all-inclusive experience, we expected more diverse meal options. The snacks between the main meals were disappointing. The morning snacks often seemed like leftovers from breakfast, and the afternoon options (like meatballs and fries) were not freshly made and became soggy after sitting out. The hotel was marketed to us as 'Blue Pearl Hotel - Ultra All-Inclusive,' which we found a bit misleading. The overall experience, particularly with the food, didn’t live up to what we expected from an ultra all-inclusive offer.

Excellent location! The hotel is practically on the beach. The rooms are enormous, clean, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The hotel has underground parking, which is essential if you travel by car. The pool is very nice and never crowded, and the pool bar terrace offers a shadow when scorching outside. The beach is split into two lots: five rows of sunbeds included in the room's price and another seven or eight paid sunbeds and umbrellas. The sand is clean, and the kids will enjoy playing. The staff is friendly and ready to help you whenever needed.

Unfortunately, the food is not as good as the rest of this hotel's features. The menu variety is limited, with very few options. The diversification from one day to another is also an issue to be solved. The food is poor in quality and also not as tasty as it should be. Minimal options for deserts too...

The room we stayed in was excellent family suite with 2 sections, large balcony and the bathroom. Very spacious, bright and clean. The view from the room was fantastic. We asked for sea view and our request was fulfilled, we're very happy with the accommodation. The beach was excellent, the sun beds by the pool are great, we were lucky with parking even though you pay 25BGN extra it was worth it. Overall the staff were amazing and cooperative with out requests.

The food generally was good with some hit and miss. You can find some great choice and dishes most of the time and for the kids they have their favourite pasta, french fires and pizza. Occasionally the food was average, but since there is plenty of choice, you can always go with something tasty that you like.

Staff is amazing - very friendly, from the reception, to all the cooks and kitchen staff, as well as the bartender. Room was nice, beds were very comfy, but the bedrooms felt empty. We wish there was a closet to put our clothes in in the bedrooms. There was one closet to put outerwear in, but no closets in the actual bedrooms, so we had to "live out of suitcases", which is not great. Food was good - in the first days after our check-in the hotel was not very full, so the choice of food was smaller but still enough. Later, once more people started checking-in (at the end of our stay), there were more options. There were lots of veggies and salads, which we appreciated, as not all hotels offer much fresh food. Meat dishes were mostly fine, a lot of them were dry, but each night there was at least one great meat dish, like fried pork loins or sauteed chicken etc. Breakfast choices were good, all the basic foods, nothing fancy, but definitely enough to choose from. The dessert bar was on the smaller side, with not many options, and a lot of them repeated over the course of the week we stayed there, but it was still enough. Additionally, there were a few places to get snacks in the hotel all throughout the day, however, with the hotel not being in season yet, the options were limited. We did enjoy the ice cream bar, though, especially as we were there with a child. The bar was great - cocktails were prepared very simply, but they were quite good, especially because they were included in the price. :) The hotel also had a playroom for small children, which we used a few times - the toys could use a refresh (or at least cleaning/going over) but it was better than nothing. The real MVP of the hotel is the proximity to the sea - you can literally walk to the water in 30 seconds. Overall - a really great stay, and I would recommend it to others!

The bathrooms were a little dirty when we checked in (especially the toilet and sink).

Very big 2 bedroom appartment with 3 bathrooms, super confortable for 5 adults. Good choice of all inclusive food and drinks (food was varied from one day to another). Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for the apartment we stayed in. We also liked that it was in the southeren part of Sunny Beach, close to Nessebar, away from noise of Sunny Beach centre.

Small parking, not enough for everyone when the hotel is full (we had to park at another hotel, 400 m away from ours). Long waiting times at elevators. The hotel could use some renovations (but for the price we paid we are not complaining).

The room had enough space for a family. Two bathrooms, a bedroom and a “living room “. The food was delicious and the poolside was very nice. The receptionist at our arrival was very friendly also the guys at the bar. Our son really enjoyed the activities within the animation programs. So I want to thank you for the two lady and the boy ( I do not know their name unfortunately) for keeping our child busy time to time😊

The rest of the staff were bored, you could not see a smile on their face. We were not happy with the cleanliness at all. After two days we had to realise, that if we do not leave the “ please clean up the room” card on the door, the housekeeper just changing the towels but is leaving the sand on the floor. There was a bad smell in the bathroom sometimes. The girls in the restaurant, should know at least the minimum English, as sometimes they were not asking if you want to eat anything else, they were just taking the plate from front of you. We had two big size TV’s in the room but non of them was working properly. Internet is very poor in the room.

Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious rooms. They changed towels every morning, and sheets also, on request. Great food, plenty of it . A wide variety of dishes every day. Very polite staff in the restaurant and at the bars. The view from our balcony was beautiful, with the sea and the island of the old town of Nesebar . We highly recommend this location for a family vacation with children.

We really enjoyed our stay here and our children also. They were very sad when we told them that the vacation was over. There was nothing to complain about.

The food is kind of repeted and reused for another dishes for the next day . It was not excelent bun acceptable. It was the first time coming to Bulgaria ( or anywhere until now) and at arrival we didn’t receive the bracelets . We arrived at 10:30 and we waited till 12:30 to get the bracelets for all inclusive. Also the last day , we checked out at 11:00 and we were not allowed to stay at the pool the rest of the day ( we had to leave the hotel at 11:00). We understood that this is the hotel policy , but it is not pleasent. I think we were rather suprised to hear that we cannot stay, being the first time happed to us

The wonderful hotel is very conveniently located, right on the beach, excellent food, respect to the chefs, in eight days they did not find a dish that was not tasty. Plus snacks at the beach bar during the day are very convenient! The rooms are spacious, the sea view is simply wonderful! The feeling of comfort did not leave us during the entire vacation! The professional work all the hotel staff are felt! Particularly respect to Nina restaurant manager! We would strongly recommend the hotel !!!
