very nice location, very clean and spacious room.

I opted for the all-inclusive regime, but the meals ( lunch and dinner were extremely poor).there is no notion of juices or drinks at the pool. moreover, the pool is extremely small and they only have 15 umbrellas with sunbeds.

The room was really large and clean. There was a very nice pool, and a very friendly lifeguard. The location was good, but a bit far from the old center. There was free wi-fi and a breakfast included.

The staff was not very present and they did not talk English very well so we could not get accurate directions to the breakfast place (we ended up eating somewhere else). The wi-fi was very shaky and it kept losing connection.

A wonderful accommodation that really exceeded our expectations! Both the receptionist and the manager were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the view but also the breakfast which we bought separately on the recommendation of some tourists and we made a very good choice! We hope to come back again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and even let us check out a bit later than that was planned. The location was excellent and right on the beach front. The breakfast was very good

The actual cleanliness of the room was not the best, which had a bit of an old smell to it even after the cleaners had cleaned it, also the postion of the external unit of the air con on the balcony was not ideal as when it was running you could not sit on the balcony due to the heat it was omitting on top of the heat of the day, so the value for money considering the location of the property & it being an apart hotel it was not the best

Perfect location, great service and super breakfast.

The location is very good, 3 mins walking to beach, 5 mins walking to the walking street. We had two rooms apartment, the space is really big. The general manager of the hotel is a very responsible person! Because of a small mistake made by the hotel staff, the car I rented had scratches. After the hotel manager learned about the incident, he helped to contact and handle the matter and promised to bear the costs incurred. Just rely on the manager's responsibility. I believe that every guest staying in this hotel will be well protected and taken care of.

Placed between Nesebar and the majority of resorts. Walking distance from old city of Nesebar. The swimming pool is deep and cold and thus there are no children, which may be an advantage for adults. Opened till 18.00 only. Parking lot superb! Breakfast and rooms rather average for Western European standard, but might be considered very good in comparison to hotels in the neighborhood. If you go to Nesebar, this hotel is recommended.

The location is perfect. Just a few steps to the beach and nice 10-15 walk to old town Nessebar. The staff on reception and restaurant during breakfast time were very helpful and generous. I’d like to thank especially Milen and Nikoletta. They were very attentive to any question or request.

Everything was great. Maybe breakfast that included could have more choice.

Location was fabulous, right on the beach. Easy access to both Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Good restaurants in the locality. Great value for money. Apartment and staff were excellent. Breakfast every morning was very good with a great variety of food. Something for everyone.

Pillows could have been of a higher quality but apart from that everything was exellant.

Paradiso dreams hotel nessebar new town had everything a family holiday required. Comfortable rooms, well served kitchen delivering delicious breakfast every morning. The swimming pool was beautifully located in front of the beach giving you a view of the sea. Room service was always prompt everyday. Front desk staff were the best, beautiful! 🤗 Very clean hotel
