First thing first, You are greeted with prosecco at the reception, and gives you a nice vibe right from the start. Just like at a party 🎉.And a wonderful gesture from them, was the no extra charge upgraded room, from 3 beds room to a 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely thing to do. And because we arrived late, there were sandwiches (delicious ones) and fruits waiting in our apartment. Is it clean you ask? Yes! Very! Those ladies are cleaning all the time, everywhere. The apartment, lobby, hallways, terrace, pool area, all around. How about the food? Well.. plenty, more than plenty actually. And the variety is enormous, for all tastes form everywhere you are. All freshly made and sooooo gooood. Even pizza made right on the spot in front of you is one of the best I had in many vacations. The staff, all wonderful, smiling at you and care to help no matter the problem. The beach is at a 2-3 min walk, through a amusement park, where we did spent 2 evenings beeing so much fun, for me and my 7 yo son. Overall, I think this 4 stars hotel deserves a minimum 4.5 stars or better :D If we come back to Bulgaria, it's HVD Hotel again for sure!

The hotel is very nice. It is clean and modern. The facilities are good, the staff friendly. The food was plenty and good. I recommend this hotel, having in mind the above mentioned.

I am subjective, but I didn't like: -the private beach is rather far from the hotel, the sunbeds are far from the entrance to the sea, and there is no facility there if you want a drink (I mean from the hotel, having in mind that it was an ultra all inclusive package) -very noisy groups of German guests -cleaning service programme

I recently stayed at the Hotel HVD Club Bor and I can't recommend it enough! This all-inclusive hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Sunny Beach, offering a tranquil boutique hotel experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel itself wasn't too crowded or large, providing a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was conveniently situated in the heart of Sunny Beach. I highly recommend booking a stay here. The access to the spa was not free, I think it should have been.

The room is clean and organized. The minibar gets filled daily. The staff is nice ans welcoming. The food was very good. We will definitely come back.

- very friendly staff - good food and drinks - clean rooms - entertainment on every night (dance, karaoke, bingo, etc) - AC in the rooms that are working even without the card, so the room will be coolest when you will come back - private beach at 100-200 m from the hotel - gym and a small sport court for free -

- a little noisy, but the noise is come from the other hotels so not their fault - the pool is cold even outside are 29-30 degree

Everything was great! The room was incredibly clean, towels were changed every day, we had all the necessary (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), but we used ours (we don't usually use the hotel ones). The staff was very, very nice and very responsive to everyone's needs. We arrived a little bit early, but they did everything to accommodate us. The food was good, with a lot of dishes to choose from and with themes every day (Asian, Italian and, of course, Bulgarian). My wife had the best massage: the Oriental massage pack (Vladislaus was the masseur - I hope I did not misspell his name). In the last night we had a Bulgarian show with some dancers, that did a great job. During the day there were a lot of activities for adults and children. The pool was ok and we stayed there more than on the beach (which was very close to the hotel). We will definitely come back.

You have to firstly start off by saying the staff make this place ! This hotel must have an amazing staff training program as they were just amazing.So professional and attentive to all your needs. The cleanliness of the hotel is first class.The hotel is very modern.The rooms are large with very comfortable beds.Bathrooms/shower are large and very good.Powerful hair dryers and shampoos and soaps provided.The buffet style restaurant was very good.Fresh food and plenty choice was available.The bar was fully stocked with very good choice for a fully inclusive resort.Wines and beers where very good.The swimming pool area was very good and entertainment staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will certainly visit again.

If I was going to be picky about the hotel I would say the spa area is possibly a bit of a disappointment.What I mean by this is the hotel is amazing but the spa area seems to be an after thought and is not as grand as the rest of the facilities. Don't get me wrong nothing wrong with it but I think they could have done better with the layout and design of it.The gym area fully equipped and got everything you need.

The cleanling is absolute.

The bartenders do not know the recepies of the cocktails in the menu și everytime you order the same drink you get something else...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was good, different every day, so you wound't get bored. Cakes and cookies were cheap and too sweet, but the rest of the food was perfect.

They didn't refill the shampoo bottles every day so we ended up having a small one for 2 people. Not related to the hotel, but German people were noisy on the hallways and rooms were not noise-isolated properly. Maybe they can be advised to keep their mouth shut when they pass other people's room, as they normally spoke loudly no matter the time. Some of them got drunk and started to run the hallways at 2am and woke us up.
