The spacious rooms, the delicious food, the friendly stagf

The beach, which had too few sunbeds free of charge for the hotel guests, the lack of showers, the lack of rules against people who left their towels on the sunbeds in order to “reserve” them and then left to have breakfast

It was perfect in so many aspects: clean, quiet, good food, very good value for the money.

I suggest to increase to no. of free sunbeds for the customers on the beach. Every morning at 9 there was no available sunbed, all were occupied.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, the food in the restaurants was delicious and varied. Also the beach is very close and very nice. The rooms were very clean and the towels were changed every day.

Great food, great location, preatty quite around, we were hearing the waves during the night (other hotels have a lot of noise around them). Rooms were clean, facilities for swiming was nice. To obtain a bed on the beach required to wake up a bit early, from out 7 days stay only in one of them we couldn't find beds with no pay

The gym was small and not so many options available. We had noisy neighbors drinking bears on the balcony and laughing at 3 am and other who were snoring trough the night.

The location is great. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. So many different options and everything tasted amazing. They have free sun beds at the beach as well as at the pool. The restaurant by the poolside also serve delicious food at a fair price. We also enjoyed that we could walk to the center of sunny beach. Also the surroundings are beautiful. Truly recommend.

Great food, very polite staff, good location near the beach and at the same time far from noise.

We were in a maisonette with living room on one floor and bedroom on the other. There was no air conditioning in the living room so it was too hot. There was no mini bar in the bedroom so every time I needed to drink cold water I had to climb to the second floor.

The quality of the food is pretty good, not exceptional, but worth the price, it has a very wide variety to choose from so you can always find something to eat. The rooms were clean, the location is good, the whole hotel building is maintained and clean. The whole staff at the restaurant was very nice and polite. You can order cabs from the hotel to different destinations for fixed prices, there are also multiple busses you can take to go to different places and cities nearby (use moovit app).

One particular woman at the reception I think from management was slightly rude every time I'd speak to her but I don't remember her name anymore. I think some of the spa saunas didn't work. The gym is quite small and the equipment is really old.

Property is well kept, the food variety and quality is excellent. I have traveled around the world and this property is top 5% of all the branded or family owned hotels I have stayed in. The location on the beach is great. It is quiet at night and you can get a good night sleep. The Black Sea is much better than the Mediterranean or Caribbean - not as hot and humid, almost no waves on most days, clear and calm water.

The free chairs and umbrella were very limited. The Helena bar on the beach had taken most of the beach and is renting chairs and umbrella but they were not a good value. Parking is tight and limited.

Hi, good impression for general, large room with sea view and big terrace, comfortable beds, but lack of fresh water at breakfast and also queues for coffee due to the failure of coffee machines that were a bit old anyway; Very good and highly diversified dinner ; The hotel's own beach is very good, with fine sand and clean water and also uncrowded ;

The food was excellent. Very quiet(except the dog from the other room). Beachfront hotel. Very nice and helpful staff.

I know that the hotel is pet friendly, but it was a small dog in the room next to ours that was barking for the last two or three days, 2-3h from 07 AM and 2-3h from 22 PM until midnight. On the beach, they didn't have enough sunbeds for every guest from the hotel and some time you had to pay 10-12E for it.
