The room on the 12th floor, big comfy room, nice view, The stuff was super friendly 24/7, nice private beach and nice pools.

-Huge elevators problem, to arrive the room I had to wait 10 minutes each time the elevator arrived. 1 elevator was broken the whole stay (1 week). What is the problem to fix it? The 3 elevator that was working worked super slow and most of the time just upset us. At that price we have paid I was expecting to fix the elevators so simple issue and no one cares from the stuff. -Bellboy-staying thier for nothing didn't move 1cm we did all alone. -Food - All inclusive- LVL of food horrible. If it was restaurant with payment I was not eating nothing, lvl of the food was low low low. -Parking price- huge property all inclusive that charges around 400$ per night need to charge more 18$ per day for parking..not appreciated.

The hotel including the pool area and the all-inclusive offer met our expectations and we were very satisfied. However, there was one point that really annoyed us and spoiled a lovely evening we had planned: We booked a Suite including Preferred Club and this also included the A la Carte dinner in the Seaside Grill restaurant. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, there was made a difference between 'paying' guests and those included in the package by putting us in a separate room. The drinks were served - the can of beer was simply left unopened. The starters had to be taken from the buffet, the main course was served a la Carte. While we were still getting an appetizer, the main course was simply placed on the table without any of us being there - that's a No Go and above all, we hadn‘t finished our appetizer yet! After I left the main course for later, the friendliness and service left even more to be desired. The empty plates were not cleared, instead the other tables were already set for the next day and the room was cleaned while we were still sitting with our drinks. We had expected a nice evening and were really very annoyed! Even if the restaurant is included in the all-inclusive offer, something like this should not happen in a 5-star hotel! We also paid more for the Preferred Club. Too bad to have made this experience, as the rest was really great - also Main Restaurant and Bars!

- Having bracelets would be more useful than to present the room card every time you ask for a drink. -Also, the gates from the beach are closing around 9 30 pm. If you want to have a walk, it would be nice to be offered beach access later than 9:30 pm. -The parking is very expensive (20 lv/night. Double compared with last year when was 10 lv/night) -Those who have Preferred Club were not informed properly about such benefit. They didn't know they are granted exclusive access to Preferred Club.

Clean room, amazing view, great restaurant and lobby bar, amazing pool and private beach side.

The parking is way too expensive for someone who is staying IN the hotel.. The price for our dog (3 kg Pomeranian) was extremely expensive (was close to the cost for my room…). Lack of variety on the desserts. The beachside was with working hours.. you cannot go to the beach before 8:00 and after 22 as there is a door which will be locked after/before these hours.

Well-maintained, like new, clean, and upscale facility. The resort area is very pleasant and located in a forested environment. There were always spaces in the hotel's guarded parking lot. The beach area around the pool is also pleasant, clean, with an ample amount of sunbeds, bars, and consistently cleaned restroom facilities. The staff, for the most part, was reserved, but their attitude was not a problem. The room (suite) was spacious, equipped, and clean, with normal furniture. The balcony was also spacious, clean, and well-separated from the others. The minibar was refilled daily. The food was varied, the flavors were good, and the seafood selection was a particular delight. Reservations at the seafood restaurant were easy, and the food was fine. There was a dress code for the à la carte restaurant, which had a more elegant setting, a refreshing change from the buffet. There were no cleanliness issues overall, but the mold spots at the junction of the shower wall and the floor could certainly be removed.

The elevator was absolutely a joke, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially not a 5* resort! Out of the 4 elevators, 2 were not working. Every time, you had to wait long minutes for the elevator, and then you traveled in it for a long time because they were not synchronized in any way. You signaled your direction with the call button (downward), but upon entering the elevator, it would first go up to the top floor, then stop at every floor, taking about 5 minutes to reach the lobby level. Nonsense. Because of this, most of the time, we opted for the stairs. The outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold.

Back to this hotel after 4 years, very well maintained, even if it changed the name from RIU to SECRETS. Very clean, great position towards the sea, nice beach and huge swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and nice room.

Pillows are a little too soft, towels too small, elevators crowded and lunch food kind of average (compared to 4 years ago). In the lobby bar is served just one type of beer and also the wine was better before. And "all inclusive" does not include de snack room anymore.

Large variety of food - in the "Market Cafe" Restaurant you have every 1-2 days a different cuisine: Italian, Asian. You can book a table for the À la carte restaurants at least 1 day before: In the hotel - Oceana Seafood and Portofino. Drinks are made with cheap alcohol (for example they use "CaptainFred" rum for the Cuba libre) but you can ask to be made with Captain Morgan. Other drinks like Jägermeister, Jack Daniels are not for free(can be ordered at the lobby bar). We stayed here from 26th June to 1st of July 2023 - pools closed at 18:00, breakfast started 8:00, lunch at 12:30 and dinner 18:30-21:30 Beach seats cannot be reserved - people usually wake up early in the morning to place a towel on the seats and then go to breakfast. Ignore previous reviews regarding the cold water in the pool - ofc its colder since you just sit in the hot sun and then immediately get in the pool - you get used to the temperature. No bar on the beach - the bar is near the pool

Staff consists of youngsters and most of them barely speak or understand English. They guys at the pool bar were nice and some were communicative. There was always a "chef de bar" checking that everything went smoothly.

The food was great, the pools and all the relaxing areas. Great location on the beach.

We booked a double room with sea view but the room was located on first floor and you do not get to see the sea because of all the solar panels and I get an adaptative bathroom even if I didn't requested one. They didn't want to change my room for free so I paid 100 euro extra to get a better view and a normal bathroom. If you book the asian restaurant you will have the dinner in the other hotel which is full of noisy kids. The drinks could be improved.

- The food in the restaurant and the staff there was great. - Lobby bar staff was perfect too. - The room view is amazing. - Very close to the beach. - Good value price/quality.

- There weren't arm bracelets and the guard of the beach "test us" with "What is the name of the hotel?" when we try to go inside. - Not enough TV channels. No sports at all. - They were still finishing things up at the hotel. - 20 BGN (10 EUR) for parking per day is too much. It is 100% increase from last year. Also when we arrived wasn't enough space on it.
