All and all it is a great place to stay if you have children. The resort is safe. A child cannot run away, which gives you a sense of tranquility. Food is very good and various. Almost every night there is some entertainment at the buffet. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Pools are big and there is always enough pool beds and shade to go around. Staff is good and helpful. Everything is tight. It was great value for money. Probably the best you can get in Bulgarian seaside.

The pictures presented some sort of private beach, which is not the case. There is no private beach for the resort so keep in mind that you either have to pay for it or bring your own umbrella :) But this is just nitpicking. The resort is great!

Spacious apartment, very nicely decorated and well designed, front and side view of the sea from the two balconies, the extraordinary swimming pools (the one with the slides is a bit crowded, but you can understand why). Free, guarded parking, right in front of the hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast, both for gourmets and vegans. Friendly animators, very kind reception staff. Lifts not congested and in very good condition. Existing grocery store within the complex but also nearby, Lidl a few minutes away by car. Terrace with very good food and reasonable prices in the immediate neighborhood (Sveti Nicola). In my opinion, it deserve 5 stars. Maybe it has 4 because a private beach and inside pool are missing (but we really didn't need them). Regarding the beach, the access is easy, from the hotel garden you go down a little and you reach the beach directly. It is not a luxurious one but rather a wild beach, relatively small, in front of the hotel but wider to the left (there you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas). Fine sand, water sports equipment rental. Plenty of seashells and seagulls :) Finally, one of the most successful vacations. Congratulations to those who manage the location!

I have no comments here, maybe only suggestions: the evening artistic program could continue with a disco.

Wonderful staff, everything extremely clean, plenty of good options for the food. It was our seventh year there and, as always, it's been a wonderful holiday! I would like to stress that cleaning is taken very seriously: the room is thoroughly cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed, if necessary, sooner than the standard 3 nights. The sunchairs at the pool are cleaned early in the morning, as well as everything in the public areas. I was always impressed by the staff at this hotel.

It's definitely not the hotel's fault, since the beach in front is a public one, but, comparatively to previous years, it got very crowded with sunchairs (staying mostly empty) and bars playing music, which was very uncomfortable for us, the people with kids just wanting to enjoy the sand. Also, the WIFI is quite weak in the evenings, especially during the weekends, when the hotel gets crowded.

Location is great, with beach in front of the hotel, 2 big swimming pools with enough sunbeds. Private parking and also entrance in the resort (access in with the card). Continental breakfast with many options to choose from. It’s our second stay at this hotel and we’ll always take into consideration for short stay for seaside or short notice holiday. Towels changed daily and extra ones for pool/beach usage.

No slippers in the room; Matress quite soft and any movement in the bed is unconfortable for the partner;

Facilities, food, size of the apartment. Location in front of the sea.

The room is more 3 stars, but the facilities are making the hotel 4 stars. I didn’t appreciate that for us and our friends in the day of the check out at 10.40 the cards of the rooms were disabled. The check out was at 11.00. Also the reception called to see if we need help for luggage. If with 3 minutes before the card was disabled you feel like you're in a hurry to vacate the room. Which is not a nice feeling, after you stayed there for a few days.

Everything was great. The room, the mini kitchen, the curtains blocked the sunlight perfectly, the beach was ok at no extra cost, the parking was included and had plenty of spots, the cleaning staff was very helpful, the beach towels were changed every day

We were surprised at how much more expensive (including for kids) it was to have dinner or lunch at this hotel compared to going to any restaurant, so we preferred the restaurant

Very good quality food for breakfast and dinner included in the price of the room. Lots of excelent meals available, lots of fresh fruits, excellent desserts too. It was comparable to a 5 star hotel we visited earlier. Excellent pool area, with waterslides, sunbeds, shade available. Very good drinks at the bar, for those we had to pay separetely. The cleaning ladies were always polite and smiling, and really did their job well. This hotel inside and out was one of the cleanest places so far. Some of the employees of the restaurant were very helpfull, friendly and polite. The guy who took our luggages to the room was very polite, he did show us certain parts of the complex, and had given some explanations regarding our stay. Very good evening shows.

Our room had absolutely no sea view, it was with a so called garden view, next to us was the favourite parking space for buses, which usually arrived early in the morning, had stayed for quite some time with the engine running. The staff from the reception were unfriendly, unvilling to solve any problem, they actually looked and acted as if the tourists were bothering them, and they didn’t give any information about the resort. It was specified that we are allowed to eat at the a’ la carte restaurant at least once in our stay, yet it was unavailable, for us at least. They didn’t have a private beach area. If you wanted to stay at the beach you needed to pay separately for sunbeds and umbrella.

The ideal place for family with kids as it provides secure area with plenty of activities and animation. Super clean everywhere. Good quality and delicious food

Only issue, broken tiles on the pool floor right in front of the blue water slide. My husband got his heal deeply cut. Informed reception who were aware of the matter & shared they receive plenty of complaints with this regards. Needs to be fixed

Premier Fort Beach resort has everything needed for a family holiday. In particular with younger children. Selection of pools lots of onsite activities, entertainment program, good food choices, onsite doctor and supermarket. Immediate access to the beach. Located away from the very hectic Sunny Beach but with easy access to local water parks and activities.

Food not hot enough.

We stayed for a week in June and everything was perfect. The whole hotel territory is extremely clean and well maintained. The room was clean and roomy, fitted with all the appliances you could need. We actually got an upgrade on the room we initially booked. The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach front and the views of the sea are beautiful. We booked halfboard meals (breakfast&dinner). They were delicious, fresh and quite diverse. We highly recommend it.

We had some wi-fi connectivity issues in the room. Outside of it, it worked just fine.
