Location, relaxation, views, staff help, nice room excellent size of balcony, close to outside shopping and restaurant and cafes , so many swimming pools and have good Gym. In door foods were very delicious for the three meals.

No available trash cans in the rooms hallway and near the elevators. Jacuzzi provided with money not part of free services. Massage facilities need to be expanded with more rooms and staff, always crowded and very hard to find slot within same day

The staff was great. Helpful and always smiling. The resort is large and plenty of space for everybody in June.

The food could be better - especially the deserts (very cheap). The all inclusive drinks - bad. The parking was 20 BGN per day. The coffee was real beans which is good, but typical Bulgarian - mega-roasted.

- food and soft drinks are good , - nice pools with many pool activities in the working days - staff is helpful ( except the ones on the beach )

- you need to make a pre reservation for the international restaurants , the places are limited and food quantity is limited in the speciality restaurants ( asian ) - alcoholic drinks are just simple local drinks , no famous brands - gym is basically a small room

The reviews we read prior to coming were nothing like our experience. Everything was great. The food was wonderful, hotel was immaculate, pools were great and the entertainments team work so hard. We would definitely return.

We had experiences of other rude guests pushing in the the food queues etc but we just put it down to their culture. It would be nice if the staff served guests based on who had been waiting the longest and if they didn't allow guests to push in and be rude.

The hotel has perfect location. The facilities and meals were almost satisfying. The most important detail for us parking area and we can say that the hotel is big and also the parking area is big.

The cleaning of pools were bad, especially, for Aquapark for kids. Parking area was good but paying for parking was certainly nonsense since this parking area belongs to this hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was big and modern. Huge bed and amazing view. No lines (June) in the restaurant or the bar.

1)Lunch was a disappointment, so few things to eat. 2)Pool bar closes at 18:00,which makes you leave the pool area so early. 3)The pools were dirty with seagulls swimming inside all the time. No music near the pools too. 4)Drinks from the pool bar are served in very little plastic cups, we ended up asking for 4 drinks each time instead of 2.

Everything was more than exceptional! Nothing but good words, and I cannot recommend it enough. As a matter of fact, as I am writing, we are still in the room as we bought an extra day this morning because we didn't want to go home 🤣 Starting with the staff, I don't know if they are regulars in this hotel or only for the summer time but they deserve all the credit as they are working really hard and try to make everyone feel welcome. The food is really good we don't have one bad word about it. You have plenty to choose from, and the quality a d quantity of it is something to remember 🤣 The drinks again, plenty of then and even quality ones, not like I have read other comments saying it is only local ones. You have local + international, so stop complaining 🤣 While staying here, it was my birthday, and when we were back in the room at lunchtime, we found a bottle of sparkling wine from the reception and a birthday card... something that really brightens your day !!! Thanks a lot for that surprise !!!

It is not that I didn't like something but I would probably add some music at the pools. Not loud or something to disturb the guests but something to keep the summer mood on 😎

Our room was very spacious and clean with sea view balcony. The hotel is located near the beach but during our stay we went only once because there were a lot of fun at the pool. Food and drinks variated and all good. Staff was very nice and friendly. We plan to come back for sure.

The pool for kids was not heated, so it takes time for the water to get warm. The beach is not right in front of the hotel but it's close.

The hotel facilities are amazing. Beautiful stunning location..swim up pool bar was fabulous

The White Night entertainment was basically a man playing a violin dressed in white. He was good but not good enough for a family entertainment show. Children were bored after 5-10 mins
